+ -1 moreA level of service and professionalism that surprises. I called Sir Locks A Lot hoping to get several locks rekeyed. I learned he only does house calls, and that he was booked for the next couple of weeks – and I needed immediate service. When I told him I couldn't wait, and that I'd look online to figure out how to remove all the varied types of locks, so that I can take them in to a locksmith shop, he went out of his way to be of service, telling me I could text him a photo of any locks I had trouble removing. This was after he knew I wouldn't be a customer! It turns out I did need help with a lock, did text him a photo, and he called right back. Then he suggested a local place I could take the locks in order to get them rekeyed. Impressive! With that level of service, I'd highly recommend anyone who needs lock work use him.

+ -1 moreExcellent. Very friendly. Knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. Advised against replacing it with a $100 new lock. Done in five minutes and did not charge me because he was late. Previously we used him to fix the lock on a side door and had the same experience of Gerry (and his son) being professional, knowledgeable and practical.
Description of Work: Fixed a deadbolt lock, cause was a loose plate so he removed lock, fixed it and put it back.

Description of Work: Jerry was absolutely awesome. He came on short notice to change the locks on my new home. He helped me reprogram a key code for no extra change. He also pointed out that one of my locks posed a fire hazard and changed the entire lock out for no extra charge. He is also a super nice guy. I will definitely use him again!

+ -1 moreCalled them. They arrived on time. This was an old vehicle so it required several trips to replace the ignition. They were always prompt and great communicators. They worked neatly and efficiently. Even when it was difficult, they were calm and never "lost their cool". They are trustworthy and honest. I have no reservations about referring them to anyone who needs a locksmith. I would use them again without hesitation and recommend they highly.
Description of Work: Lost key to vehicle. The entire ignition needed to be replaced in order to get a new key.
