Shawn was a great agent. My wife and I were first home buyers and Shawn made the whole experience easy for us. We both have pretty busy week days and had plans this summer that Shawn worked around for us, including showing us homes off hours, on the weekends and even during holidays. Whenever we had a request Shawn was able to be there for us and if he couldn't, which rarely happened, he would take care of us with another person in his team. He has been doing this for a long time so his experience and advice was very valuable, he knows the market and kept us informed of things we needed to know during the whole process. He was involved in negotiating for us with the seller our house and he was able to resolve a few issues we had with our lender. I contacted Shawn 3 years ago because he sold a condo in my building and I was hoping to get advice on selling mine. He was honest and let me know that the timing wasn’t right since I wouldn’t make any profit the market at the time. We kept in touch over the years and he let me know that this year was the year to sell and boy was he right!! He advised me from beginning to end.
