Description of Work: I reached out in regards to my kitchen/mudroom/laundryroom renovation but never even received a response.

Description of Work: Sergio came to my home and spent a good amount of time looking at the bathroom I wanted to gut and replace and other projects. He had great ideas and was very professional. I'm disappointed that he never followed-up. I tried to reach him a few times and left messages. It is too bad that if he was not interested in doing the work, which is completely understandable, he would have returned my call to let me know. I wish him well!

Description of Work: I was given Sergio's name from a kitchen planner who had used him before. The job was a kitchen renovation - gutted to the studs - new floors, ceiling, electrical, plumbing, cabinets and granite. I called and Sergio was scheduled to come over the next day Tuesday to give an estimate. He called Tuesday morning and cancelled. We rescheduled for Wednesday. Sergio called en route to tell me he was stuck behind a garbage truck. He showed 20 minutes late. We did the walk thru and discussed details and finishes. Sergio said he would call me back with an estimate which would be two numbers - one for materials and another for labor. IF I accepted his bid he would then provide a written copy with costs broken down. I have run many, many construction projects from replacing parking structures in commercial garages, elevator replacements in high rises to basic home remodels and have NEVER had anyone provide an estimate without a cost breakdown. Sergio never followed up. I texted him three days later and asked if he was bidding. He said he would provide his estimate the next day. He never did. I texted him two days later - he finally replied. His bid was insanely inflated on the labor side. $23,500 plus $6000 in material. I booked the job for $15,000 labor and materials with another contractor. Sergio's price was double. Please note is cost does not include cabinets and granite.

Description of Work: This vendor had great reviews but did not bother to respond to my email regarding work I needed to have done on my windows with additional work to be done in the Spring of next year.

Description of Work: He came twice for two different remodeing we were doing in the house. After a few phone tag, he came to our house and discussed potential job that we wanted to do. He was going to send me an estimate, he never did. It was a waste of my time taking off from work to wait for him. He seems to be a nice guy, but why is he wasting other people time if he is not going to return at least an estimate.

Description of Work: I read the many rave reviews and so I called Sergio. I've now called three times over a period of three weeks. All I get is a mobile phone "mailbox is full" for a response. The information on Angie's List says to contact him by email. I did that two days ago and I've heard nothing back.

Description of Work: I called Sergio (after finding him on Angie's List) to inquire regarding the installation of 2 new, front, fiberglass exterior doors. We didn't buy any doors yet. He came to our house and looked at our current doors so he could tell us what we needed to buy, etc. When he came to the house he said our wood doors were in great condition and he recommended saving the money and not getting doors now. We followed his advice. Honest, helpful and saved us money for now. After the winter if we think we do want new doors we'll give him a call.

Description of Work: THEY BUILT A BEAUTIFUL STAIRWELL, INCLUDING SHEET ROCK WORK AND MISCELLANEOUS CARPENTRY.

Description of Work: HE CAME IN AFTER WE FIRED OUR FIRST CONTRACTOR, HE COMPLETED THE KITCHEN AND RE-DID TWO CLOSETS, AND PUT IN BOOKSHELVES.
