Called back right away but they are booked out for the next 10 months.

I found Sergio to be knowledgeable, helpful, and he and his team did a great job. We had a relatively small issue to address, which took him and his team only a couple of hours, but even then he was able to do this within a couple of weeks, at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this contractor.

I would highly recommend Sergio. Just as the other reports indicate--his prices are very reasonable and his workers do an excellent job. The guys who painted my house missed some walls as the details seemed to have gotten lost somewhere in translation, but Sergio promply sent him back to finish the job. Sergio seems to be very busy with many angie's list customers and he has turned off his voicemail since he says he can't keep up with replying to all the messages. So, if he doesn't pick up when you call you'll have to keep trying until you get him. This was somewhat of a hassle at times (hence the single B) but on the other hand it's nice to talk to him if you have a question instead of someone who is taking messages.

Sergio is very pleasant and accommodating. He came to do an estimate on time, and the work was finished on time. Very professional.

Using Angie's List as a guide, we hired Sergio's Renovations to remodel our master bathroom. The work they did was PERFECT, and the results are beautiful. Here's what we liked about doing business with them: The contractor, Sergio, was extremely pleasant to deal with. He offered expert design suggestions and give us recommendations for the best places to look at materials that suited our budget. He quoted us a fair price and stuck to it. Work began promptly, and he oversaw the work every step of the way. The workers were all skilled craftsmen and worked hard, even nights and weekends. They were cheerful, polite, quiet, and respectful of our privacy. The tile man, John, is especially artistic and created a clever solution to overcome our lopsided bathroom. Every night, the workmen cleaned up what little mess they made. Nothing in the house was soiled, damaged, or broken. They always showed up on schedule, too. I doubt that there is a better remodeling company on the planet.

Sergio's team was professional and enthusiastic. They really hustled: none of that standing around with cigarettes. They carefully prepped the construction areas, as well as protected all routes through bedrooms/hallways to the construction. From recommending good stores for tile and bathroom fixtures, to demolition, to exacting tile work, to installing the faucets and fixtures, to final painting and cleanup, Sergio's team was great. Of particular note: John who laid the tile did amazing work. A real master craftsman with an eye for detail. We used Motawi tile, and John installed them really well. The entire project was completed in a reasonable amount of time, considering that the construction took place during the World Cup! We'd definitely recommend Sergio, and are planning on using him again for another project.

Very courteous, they were very good at working within our budget doing the job to our satisfaction, because we were not willing to spend at what the quote was, he was very good at coming up with design ideas.

Sergio and his team were really great. He came out for an estimate within two days and stuck to his initial price. His team-- Joe and Marco-- were great working until late at night to get the job done, since they knew that we were on a tight schedule. Also one more jobs popped up during the job-- a backsplash on the bathroom, which Joe was more than willing to do, despite the late hour. Very respectful of the house and also very careful not to damage our new hardwood floors which we had just installed. We are waiting for our cabinets to come in, and we will definitely use Sergio's team again. Very pleased with the experience.

Job 1: Apart from being extremely professional & knowledgeable, Sergio is an incredibly kind person to work with. He is committed to providing the highest quality work& to ensuring that the customer gets what they want -- he will not cut corners or compromise quality. He is very accommodating, & his charges are very reasonable. He truly went above & beyond for us, & did numerous other extras without us asking. It was a pleasure to work with Sergio & his crew, & they will certainly be our first call for future house projects. Job 2: We called him on 2 occasions to help us out with other problems - once for a leak in our basement during heavy rains, & the other time for a sliding door that had come off its tracks. Sergio came out during the weekend to fix our problems & refused payment. He is an incredibly generous person, & his work is impeccable. Finding Sergio has alone made our Angie's List membership worthwhile. Without question, we will use him for any home improvements we do.

They were on time both days, and worked the entire time, asked if I was happy and didn't leave until all the details were taken care of.

He never called back, and I called twice and finally got him, and he was very nice and promised to call, but never did. If people are too busy why don't they let you know that they will call you if you want to wait? They need to be up front about being too busy if that is the case or give you a future appointment. The man was extremely well spoken and polite and businesslike.

I called at least two times, left messages, and I never got my phone call returned. Very unprofessional.

Sergio is amazing. While he may be tough to reach at times or busy working on other jobs, he's well worth the wait. If he is unavailable to perform work on your house right away and you can wait, be patient rather than settling for someone who may be less qualified. Sergio is in such high demand because he's that good. Sergio doesn't just hire unqualified workers to satisfy his popularity. He only works with the best and maintains a small operation to preserve the quality of his work along with his impeccable reputation.

Sergio came to examine our home & give us an estimate for some interior painting. Unfortunately, he never provided us with the estimate. We called twice a few weeks after his visit, but we heard nothing back. We then decided to go with another Angie's list company. We enjoyed meeting Sergio & found him to be punctual, friendly, & experienced. We were disappointed.

After meeting with Sergio for over an hour one afternoon, he seemed enthused about getting his carpenters and painters to look at the project and set up start dates early the next week. We called many times to contact him about a start date, but we could never leave a message, because his phone would not allow it, and he never got back in touch with us. This set our completion schedule back, requiring us to start all over looking for someone else. He seemed disorganized and was unresponsive. After his good reviews in Angie's List, we were bitterly disappointed by his lack of professional follow-through, his inability to keep a commitment, and his lack of communication which he had promised us.

He was good. He gets right back with you- excellent communication. He is good to work with and seemed to be very fair with the price. Basically, a good experience.

Excellent and professional workmanship. Quote was less than others and work quality was excellent and area was cleaned every day. Went out his way to assist with various problems and challenges of the job and stuck to his original quote even though the sanding and painting took longer and they had to call back the plumber for a water shutoff. Easily reachable by phone - a rarity these days.

Sergio was very good to deal with - pleasant and responsive. Kept me up to date on the progress of the job.

I have never had a better experience with a contractor. He explained everything in detail. He showed up as promised, and the work was completed on schedule. We were very comfortable with him and his crew. He had my house key after our first meeting. His crew was clean and professional. An absolutely fantastic job. He was so good I have him doing more work for me as we speak. Can't say enough about Sergio. Very trusting, and straightforward. A real pleasure to deal with a true professional. I'm really glad I joined Angie's list.

Sergio is great. Our house was long overdue for renovation, but after hearing some hair-raising stories about the dishonest contractors, my husband and I were terrified of having to go through our first house renovation. Thankfully, Sergio alleviated our anxieties and changed our perception of the renovation process. Being both knowledgeable and easy to work with, he made this experience painless. His crew works hard, does quality work, and does it with a smile. Each member is a specialist in a particular job (Sergio has a superb tile person, great carpenter, wonderful painters, etc.), yet they also work well as a team. People are very neat and scrupulously clean after themselves every day. Importantly, they work around you, making themselves inconspicuous, respecting the privacy of the household. Sergio, like a good captain running a tight ship, was in constant contact both with us and with his team, quickly addressing any questions and concerns we may have. Overall, great experience!

EXCELLENT. THEY CAME ON TIME EVERY DAY, WERE VERY OBLIGING IN MINIMIZING THE IMPACT ON OUR DAILY ROUTINE, AND THE WORKMANSHIP WAS SUPER. I WILL DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN. THE WORK LOOKS GREAT & THEY WERE VERY EASY TO HAVE IN MY HOUSE.

Never showed up for estimate. Ruined my morning.

Sergio and his crew are extremely hard-working and professional. The men would arrive at 7 and continue working until 7 or 7:30 at night, so that they could complete the project and minimize the inconvenience of our living without a bathtub over several days. The level of attention to detail that each of the men showed, and the high level of craftsmanship was really impressive. The men were very careful to thoroughly clean up before leaving each day, and were very respectful to us and our house. They asked questions anytime they were unsure of our wishes. We were very comfortable having them in our home. Sergio was terrific at orchestrating the project, and as each day dawned he made sure that he had the right people assigned to keep the job moving ahead steadily. Sergio was available by cell phone whenever we needed to reach him, and is clearly committed to complete customer satisfaction. We look forward to future projects and are so amazed and impressed with Sergio and his team!

IN ALL, WORKING WITH SERGIO'S RENOVATIONS WAS AN EXCEPTIONALLY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE IN EVERY WAY. THEY WERE ALWAYS METICULOUS AND ATTENTIVE TO EVEN THE SMALLEST OF DETAILS, RELIABLE - THEY ALWAYS SHOWED UP EXACTLY AT 7:00 AM - AND CONSCIENTIOUS. THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY TO ANY QUESTIONS THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS, AND HAVE BEEN EASILY AND READILY AVAILABLE SINCE THE PAINTING WAS COMPLETED TO OFFER ANY ADDITIONAL FOLLOW UP SERVICES, DO ANY TOUCH-UPS, OR ANSWER QUESTIONS OF ANY KIND. I CANNOT PRAISE THEIR WORK ENOUGH. I INTERVIEWED 9 DIFFERENT PAINTERS AND FOUND THEM TO BE THE MOST PRECISE IN THEIR ESTIMATES, AND THE MOST DETAIL-ORIENTED IN THEIR ASSESSMENT. THEY FOLLOWED THROUGH ON EACH DETAIL. I WILL CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THAT THEY PAINT THE EXTERIOR OF THE 11 UNITS IN OUR COMPLEX WHEN THE TIME COMES FOR IT TO BE REPAINTED. THEIR SERVICE WAS SIMPLY OUTSTANDING.
