I contacted a couple of plumbers, and Ray responded via email the next day, agreeing to meet the following day (which was a Saturday). He was on time and quickly saw that an under-the-sink leak was due to a failed disposal. I also asked him to fix the leaky kitchen faucet. He said he could do the work on Monday and called me that morning with the full estimate. He showed up, did the work, and the new disposal works fine and no more dripping faucet. Ray was very professional, did careful work, was punctual for all our meetings and phone calls. I would certainly hire him again for any plumbing job. All aspects of this job went perfectly.

During the installation a section of exterior vinyl siding was damaged when the water heater venting was cut through to the outside. Ray came into the house and explained that the siding had been damaged and that he had removed the section and would obtain a new one and replace it. He returned several days later and installed the new section. We will be having additional plumbing updates done to the home and will definitely consider having Ray do the work.

Ray was highly recommended by our general contractor and he met all our expectations. He successfully removed and replaced all water and drainage pipes and produced a balanced water system throughout the house. Ray's wealth of knowledge about plumbing makes him an expert and an artist in his profession. He takes great pride in his work. Ray is a professional, gifted, and skilled plumber. Ray is meticulous, punctual, responsive, personable, flexible, and entertaining. His suggestions were excellent and his price is reasonable considering the high quality of all work performed. He cleans up at the end of each job and went to great lenghts to explain what he was doing and to show us the new pipes where they are located in the house. We would hire Ray again to do any plumbing work and highly recommend him. We thank Ray for the incrediable transformation of our house.

Ray's work is superb. His work is meticulous and he is a pleasure to have onsite. He was on time, he returned all of our calls immediately. He addressed all of concerns. He knew the code requirements and our inspection passed without issue. We highly recommend Ray!

I was getting my boiler and hot water heater replaced with a high-efficiency wall-hung natural gas boiler and indirect hot water tank. Ray came on the second day of the installation after the boiler was mounted on the wall, and the hot water tank was set into place. He worked efficiently to hook up both the domestic hot water with copper piping, and the natural gas with black steel gas pipe. All of the copper piping was soldered perfectly and cleanly (no solder drips). He was careful to use a level on all the pipes. When the inspector came, Ray walked him through the installation and there were zero problems. He was also very knowledgeable about the code requirements for the direct-vented boiler exhaust location (e.g. distance from inside corners & windows, and minimum height above expected snow depth), and had great advice about natural gas grill hookups, and drip pans for the hot water heater. He was the subcontractor for this job, but I would not hesitate to hire him directly for any future plumbing job.
