Description of Work: I had leaks in my two year old boilers and called Peter. He came out with his plumber and electrician and we discussed the problem as well as some others that needed attention. he said he would look into the issues and get back to me. in the mean time his plumber took care of one of the leaks and left the other disassembled. it seemed to be a warranty issue and was told i had to go through a licened dealer, which Peter was. Then after a few weeks of not hearing from him i called him and he said he was waiting to hear back from the rep. No more calls ever came from Peter and I left multipal messages 7-10. There was no reply. we are now into the heating season and i needed the boilers to work and we were down one. after the final call in mid december he told me to find some one else and left me in a bind with no explanation or apology. He was prompt on the first call then totaly unreliable and left me hanging for two months. I called the factory and they had no record of him even starting a waranty claim on the number I was told to give to peter. |Unreliable, makes promises with no follow through. do not use him
