The experience was excellent. He has a much smaller outlet than seller. He has worked for 2 years. He may not be able to show up immediately. He has never let us down. The seller was charging us more and he did the work for much cheaper rate. He is knowledgeable. He has a few people working with him. We might use him depending on the size of the work.
Description of Work: I used Paul Murphy Plumbing for heating & a/c services.

We've used him for 25 years. Unfailingly professional, courteous, and responsive. If I think he's expensive, all I have to do is shop around a little & discover he's very fair. Let's us buy our own parts if we prefer.... never high pressure on any issue.
Description of Work: Most recently Paul did a variety of sink & toilet repairs (faucets, ball & flapper replacements).

Paul was quite responsive, knowledgable and efficient. The price was only ok - he estimated $650, then I offered to return the bad unit to Home Depot and puck up the new one myself and call him when he could return to complete the installation - he still charged me the full $650... :( But I called on Monday at 7 AM and he called back by 7:30, was there by 8:30. finished by late morning, cleaned up thoroughly and the job looks rgeat. Would use him again.
Description of Work: Gas Water Heater Installation. Disconnect old unit. place and connect new unit.
