Very careless work. I just wanted to show pictures because it's a waste of time trying to respond to his untrue responses - lies - and promises.

Never received the estimate even after multiple phone calls.

Jeff and his team did a great job. He made many suggestions that ended up working in my favor. He was fair on price and perfectly executed my vision for what the deck would look like. The project took a little longer than we had originally expected but in the end we were very pleased.

Jeff again was great. This is the 2nd time I've had them come. We are always very pleased.

Everything worked out great. We have an old colonial, so nothing in our house ever lines up straight. They did a GREAT Job. I now have the most BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN in the world !!!! Could not be happier. Originally we contracted with Scituate Caseworks which is affiliated with Ikea to install our kitchen, but had a terrible experience with them. They wasted our time and the project manager was so incompetent and unprofessional that we fired them. Our kitchen was supposed to be installed by June, but now we had no contractor and a gutted kitchen full of boxes with cabinets and appliances needing to be installed. It took a while before we found Jeff. We were all summer with no kitchen and could not seem to find anyone. It was AWFULL !!!!!!!. Very Happy we found Jeff, Sonny and Ryan .

I have always wanted to write a review but did not belong to Angies list until recently. Jeff did an amazing job on my kitchen and it is still my favorite part of my condo. He worked day and night until it was done. Thank you Jeff.

The project was not done. I have no estimate.

Jand J has very competitive pricing so we will be using him to do our bathroom remodels. When he came to our condo to give us an estimate, Jeff was there for almost an hour, measuring and asking details about what we wanted--very thorough unlike other contractors who came to give an estimate. His written estimate was spelled out in complete detail with separate pricing for each item they would be doing, like and quot;replace bathtub, lay tile floor, install tile for tub surroundand quot;, etc. I am very detailed oriented when it comes to pricing so this really impressed me. We were slated to start last month but a serious illness on our end stopped the job beginning. Jeff has been more than patient and cooperative and we are very pleased that he will be doing our large remodel starting this week. I will submit a job review when the job is completed.

Jeff and his team (Sonny, Kevin, Kevin, and the rest) were awesome! We replaced our existing deck with composite flooring and extended out about 16 feet with a new deck. They also built new stairs, new wood railings and put up composite lattice and composite trim. They were always there when they said they would be and finished the job EXTREMELY fast! Our deck looks AMAZING! We've already been getting great use out of it. I'm very happy and beyond satisfied with the work that Jeff and his team have done. They truly took pride in their work, was extremely thorough and cleaned everything up when the job was completed. I would highly recommend Jeff and I will be contacting him with future projects.

My daughter and son-in-law were having work done in their home and had contracted with Jand J Building and Remodeling.. Both my husband and I liked the quality of work, so had Jeff Etta come to our home to give us an estimate on our main bathroom. We felt really comfortable with Jeff and gave him the approval to redo our main bathroom. We leave in a split entry house, so the bathroom is long and narrow. The estimate on cost included labor only (reno included) as well as sanding all walls, patch where needed and skim coat and paint walls. Installing backerboard on floor before tiling.. Tub walls were in great shape, backerboard already up, so nothing needed to be replaced before new tile went up. Jeff, the owner, did the tiling with one of his guys and did an outstanding job. He puts a lot of thought into the process, taking time to map out the room before going ahead with installing the wall tile, Not only was he professional but his crew is also. Really enjoyed having them here (we even fed them a few times). Since we were also having our tub refinished, Jeff worked his schedule to accommodate. Everyhting worked out great. All material for the job was purchased thru the showroom that we purchased our vanity and sink from. As we worked with the sales/designer consultant and she helped coordinate everything with us, we had her order what was needed for the job, in consultation with our contractor. I would have Jeff back in a minute for other remodeling projects. Absolutely would recommend Jand J Building and Remodeling. Jeff always answered his phone when I called with a question, could call him anytime - always pleasant and accommodating. We love our new bathroom Jeff - really appreciated your going with the flow and accommodating our needs. It was a pleasure to work with you.
