Description of Work: They salvaged my hard drive on my old computer. The computer had been defunct for several years, but it had a lot of pictures of my kids in it that I couldn't replace. They were wonderful. I can't remember the price, but it was totally appropriate for the work they did.

+ -1 moreI was very favourably impressed with their knowledgeable service, clear explanations, and quick turnaround time. I run both Ubuntu Linux and Windows operating systems on my computers, and they were well versed in both and able to diagnose and correct the problem. They were also able to supply a wireless adapter for my older desktop that also runs Linux, and it works beautifully. I look forward to being able to turn to them for any future service needs for my computers. Like a trusted auto mechanic, these folks are a real gem!
Description of Work: Restored wireless Internet connection on my Dell laptop. I also purchased a USB wireless adapter from them for my desktop.
