They did prior work and were called to do some more. They dont follow thru and dont call back. Poor professionalism, not responsive, arent clear. POOR POOR POOR

The floors look absolutely great. We always get compliments on it. They were a little messy with the stain around the stairwell of our house, but when they came back the second time they were really good. I think they learned the second time and are getting better.

The company said they were interested in doing the work and would get back to me with an estimate. I never heard from them again.

Called for an estimate. They made an appointment for the next day, but they did not show. We left several phone messages, but they did not return calls. So we hired another company.

They were punctual. The floors were in horrible shape and they were in excellent shape when they were done. There were a few minor things that only us as the owners will notice them. They left a few knife marks where they took up the carpet and left some nail holes on the stairs unfilled. That was why I gave them a B on quality but then again, those are things only an owner would notice.

I called the phone # listed in the contacts. I spoke to someone and I explained the job I needed done. I requested that someone come out to measure the room and give me a quote. The person I was speaking to asked me if he could come out that night. I wasn't available that night, so he said how about the next morning at 8 AM. I said perfect, I'd see you then. No one ever showed up. I waited until 9 AM (as I was now late for work) and called the phone # listed in the contacts twice and left messages. I haven't received a return call. I was very disappointed because I had read good things about their work. But if a company can't even keep an appointment or return a call, I don't want to do business with them anyway.

I think they did a really good job. I was very happy with the service. It was a good experience and the workers were very knowledgeable. I was pleased with the final project and I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys did a great job. There were discolorations from rugs lying on the floor for many years & they actually were able to remove the discolorations. They also stained certain areas of our staircase to better match existing wood & trim, & this came out very nicely too. Highly recommend!

I contacted James to bid on a refinishing job in Cambridge in a six room condo. James' bid was very fair and reasonable. It came in on the low middle end of the range, and it was worth every penny. He and his crew came in when scheduled and did the job in one day. They worked through some very tight corners and awkward spaces. The job came out perfectly. The clean up was impeccable. You would not have known they were here other than the fact that we had gleaming hardwood floors that looked like new. I really can't say enough about James and his work. He is honest, a real professional, and building a great reputation for himself and his company.
