I was very pleased with their work. They arrived slightly late butt more than made up for it by staying a little overtime to finish cleaning the kitchen. They were very professional and attentive to detail and worked efficiently.

I've used this service twice for cleaning prior to hosting major events at my house. Maiza does a great job and is very detail oriented. She cleans things I would never even think of. My house has never looked better. She is timely and on both visits was able to fit me in on short notice.

very clean result... the owner contacted us promptly to schedule... 2 cleaners were prompt, actually a bit early... they are hard workers who work the whole time without letting up... very thorough...i almost wished they had worked a bit slower though...one was on the cell phone for several minutes, but did keep working... they want to please and do a good job... i don't think you will go wrong if you hire them... you will have a very clean house!

The team brought all their supplies, and worked diligently and at a good pace. The cleaning was thorough. Ms. Maiza is a very responsible woman. I plan to sign them on for my regular cleanings.

Not very happy

These guys are great cleaners! The house looked fabulous after they were done. I had asked them to use green products and provided some for them, and they were great about using those. However, it was hard to get in touch with them. It usually took days, and sometimes a week to get a response to an email. Also, we had paid for a special that included two cleanings, but they never came for the second one. We had a tentative appointment, but when I followed up I got no further reply. That was a bummer and unprofessional. I also asked for an estimate on what a regular job for our house would be but never got a response, even when I followed up by email.

We used an Angies list deal last year and have been using Exceptional Services on a regular basis since then. The team is friendly, responsive and thorough. We love having a clean house and the work done by Exceptional Services is consistently good. They are punctual most of the time.

The Big Deal I purchased was $239 for 8 hours of DEEP cleaning, plus a follow up visit of 4 hours. I have a typical 4 bd 2.5 bath colonial. I asked them to forgo cleaning of finished basement, the guest room and study in order to focus on and really deep clean the remaining rooms where we do most of our "living". I was working that day but asked for certain things to be included such as cobwebs in corners and ceilings, scuff marks and dirt on walls and woodwork, grime on window sills. No fridge or oven cleaning, no laundry, no sheet changing, no windows; nothing I consider extras...other than the sills, but there were definitely quite a few spots/cobwebs remaining. There was dust in a number of places, crumbs under the toaster oven and as I lay down at night to sleep I saw cobwebs above my head. Very discouraging. It appeared that they had cleaned the house but no more deeply than my previous cleaners who did it in less than half the time for less than half the money. And, they didn't even finish. They left the family room (biggest room in the house) undone, saying it would be done at the follow up visit. I planned to mention the things that had been undone at the start of the follow up cleaning. Unfortunately, they rescheduled that visit and on the day of the appt they called to say they'd be lateand ndash; twice. By late afternoon, they tried to reschedule for another day, but I was hosting a party that night and had been counting on their services. At this point I had no time to do it myself. They did come to the house at 5:45 pm despite the fact they'd been working all day and they were cleaning as my guests were arriving. I had no time to request anything extra or follow up with them when they finished as my party had started. It was a cursory job overall; definitely not a deep clean. Maiza was very nice and I wish I could recommend this company. But either she did not communicate to her partner (who did a lot of talking during the second visit), or she didn't check on her work. I feel I overpaid for the job despite the fact that between the two of them they were there for a total of 12 man hours.

I was very satisfied with the company. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. They are good people.

They were exceptional. Their personalities were fabulous! This is the first housecleaning services I've used in many years. They did a great job overall and were really proud of their work.

I told the woman doing the scheduling ( also on the cleaning team) that it usually takes 5 person hours to clean my house and asked for an hourly price for the extra hour. We agreed that there would be two people to do the 5 person hours - 2 1/2 hours of running time -- and that the she would give me a price foe the 5th hour when she came to my house.I was all ready to really like these people, since I need to hire regular cleaning people and this was an easy way to try somebody out. I was unfortunately disappointed with the quality of the work, particularly a careless job of dusting. I had to dust many places myself after the 2 women left. The 2 women showed up 5 minutes late, which was OK, since they had told me they were coming from someplace where they had cleaned just before, and the travel time might be a bit long becasue of traffic. But they also left 10 minutes early. By cutting off 15 running minutes for two people each, they cut me short by 1/2 an hour of cleaning. And that half hour was out of the 4 hours I had bought for my Angies Deal. They rushed out of the house, never did the 5th hour (and not even the full 4), and cut corners while they were cleaning (particularly by barely dusting, which I observed directly).The woman who supervised mentioned something about having rushed, as she left for the next appointment. But she never made good on her original commitment for the Angies list Deal or in her scheduling conversation with me about spending the 5 hours I told her were needed to clean my house properly. Since she said she had to get to another scheduled appointment, I think she never intended to do a 5th hour of cleaning. She seemd not to care about doing a good job, just about showing up to provde just enough work to account for what the Deal had paid her.

Maiza was excellent. She was very punctual, had great attitude, were very thorough, and polite.

I had a wonderful experience with them. They were excellent. They came on time, they were prompt, courteous, and they did good work.

Exceptional! All work provided by this company was detailed. From the beginning, the attitude was clear, concise, and respectful in communicating their answers to all my needs. I was most satisfied with the punctuality, and end time for completing the job at hand. I will still use this company for any of my major capital building improvements. David Brookline, MA.
