Insured, deposited a copy of their insurance certificate with my property manager prior to service day. On time, courteous, efficient. I was 100% satisfied.

Daniel was responsive from my first call. He scheduled a date and time convenient to me. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He worked in less than optimal conditions but quickly got the job completed, removed the old water heater and all trash from the install and was nothing but extremely professional throughout the entire experience.

We noticed a small leak in a basement pipe and applied a patch. Called Dan the next morning and he came over at the end of a long day's work to assess the problem. He explained that the old pipes needed replacing and gave us a quote later over the phone. The work was scheduled for the following week. His colleague arrived promptly on the day, and got straight on with it. He was professional, courteous, efficient-- a really nice guy. He finished the whole thing in one day and cleaned up the space very well before he left. We don't know how the cost would compare with another company, we would still have gone with Dan. He takes time to check details before giving a quote and then he sticks to it. Dan has worked on our house several times and we have found that his workmanship is excellent and he is a trustworthy person. For example, he changed the heating from oil to gas about 10 years ago when we first moved in. He guided us through the decision-making process and did the necessary paperwork to get new equipment from Keyspan. When the inspector came, he asked us who had done the conversion, remarking that the work was of the highest standard. Dan has also replaced the water heater, fixed several radiators, and solved a revolting sewage backup problem. Every repair has been effective, good value for money, and expertly done. Something we really appreciate about Dan is that he is very knowledgeable and patient when discussing the options available. Our house is over 100 years old, and for now we are improving slowly, as funds allow. Dan's expertise covers the old systems as well as the most up-to-date systems, and he demonstrates respect and understanding of our situation. Even though his time is in demand, he does not make us feel pressured or hurried. He answers questions fully so we can get a clear understanding of what the work entails.

He was thorough and spent the time to do the job right, waiting for the system to fully pressurize after the replacement to make sure it was working correctly. He was knowledgeable about steam heating systems

1. On the date of service he came when he said he would, found errors in prior installation by another plumber and addressed those. Explained all to me 2. When I've called him subsequently he says he'll get back to me but doesn't so I'll be switching plumbers.

The workers were prompt, diagnosed the problem correctly -- a poorly working vent fan -- then ordered and replaced the fan in a second visit. I paid the full amount, but they told me that the fan was very likely covered under warranty. They pursued this, and it took them some work, but they followed through and I was reimbursed the $600 cost of the fan. Great job.

The work went very well. He arrived right when he said he would, the price was right in line with the estimate he gave, and he did a great job cleaning up after himself.

Over the summer, Dan worked with our other contractors to install the new gas line during our kitchen remodel. He was extremely flexible dealing with our requests and the other contractor's schedules. I told Dan I wanted to convert the oil boiler after the oil ran out in my tank (the boiler was less than 8 years old so replacing it didn't make sense even though Dan gave a very competitive quote to replace it). I called him after Christmas just before the oil ran out and we arranged a time a couple days later. They came out to clean out the boiler and flue and then installed the new burner, all in one day. He works with a very good electrician and technician who did the boiler and flue clean out. The burner works great and we saved quite a bit without the high oil bills this winter. I'd say conservatively we saved at least $100-200 per month so the conversion should pay for itself within 4 years (versus about 8 or 9 years if we replaced it with an entirely new unit). We highly recommend Dan. He explains what he is going to do and sticks to his quote. He is punctual and contacts you when he is coming or if he is running late. He is very thorough and does neat work. He was careful that his tools and soldering did not damage anything. He cleans up after himself. On top of that, he is a very nice guy.

Dan seemed very knowledgeable about steam heating systems and gas conversions. He communicated very well and worked with our schedule. He also understood the requirements of the MassSave HEAT loan program. The work went very well and was completed on time. Dan came back a couple times to "skim" or drain the dirty water from the new boilers. This is apparently common because the new boilers and pipe have oil left over from the manufacturing process that accumulates on the water's surface inside the boiler. We would highly recommend him.

This was a huge task with a lot of complications that Mr Cadotte addressed quickly and thoroughly.

He was actually a nice guy. Some of their prices were a little bit more than we could purchase at that time. It had nothing to do with their service. We just weren't able to afford it at that time. He came up extremely high in his estimate and he never got back to us. He is in the top portion on Angie's List so I was kind of surprised. I think his estimate was between $20,000 and $30,000. He seemed okay. We didn't really use them because our heating system wasn't great and I wanted to see what it will cost to get rid of that or to use some other type of heating. He suggested that we use that heating. I didn't want that heating because I think the first type of radiant heating was on ceilings and right now we have it in the ceilings and we're losing heat in our attic, and our attic is not insulated properly. There was a whole bunch of little issues I didn't like that's why we chose not to go with them. He seemed okay and he was a good communicator. It was hard to understand some of the things that he was trying to recommend. He went to his car and gave us a recommendation. He was punctual, he came to the house, he walked through the house, he took his time, he went to his car, and wrote up an estimate. I really can't complain about it. The cost was just too high and I just needed a better estimate. I needed specifics and a plan. He was a good guy and he was very personable. He seemed to know a little bit about what has happened. I just felt that there's an expert company that would be able to give me something that I needed. I didn't ask the cost of all the things that he was recommending, but he seemed pretty spot-on. I don't know what his time was worth but I don't know if he was charging for the actual system and the condenser. He seemed pretty close to what the price was online. He was pretty on top of things.

I was very pleased with him. He was great. I would definitely recommend them.

We had experienced several instances over the winter season where the heat would "lock" on. We'd occasionally wake in the middle of the night because the temp was 85 degrees! Since it was not an emergency, the appt. to troubleshoot was about 10 days out. When they arrived (on time), they donned protective booties before coming into the residence. After inspecting the furnace (gas boiler/hot water) they discovered that the water pump was firing only intermittently and the relay to turn on the heat could lock in place. Everything went as expected and had good communication w Daniel throughout the whole process.

He did wonderful. He is very professional. Easy going. He answered all of our questions. He was on time. When the city hall inspector came he told me that it was a perfect job. We really recommend Dan, his work is perfect, he knows what he is doing and he has the tools to do it. When he left he made sure everything was clean, no mess behind. The price even is not cheap it is fair for the quality of his work.

Work went very well. He is meticulous and highly organized and knows what it is doing. He is our plumber of choice and we are happy with Daniel.

What I appreciated most about this particular job was the turnaround time: total time from the time I first contacted Daniel until we had a new water heater was something like six hours. It was such a relief to have an emergency situation addressed on a priority basis. Also, throughout the process, I appreciate Daniel's quick responsiveness by phone or email. I've had a couple of other non-emergency jobs done by Daniel, and was also well satisfied with those jobs.

After finding the company on Angie's list and using Dan in our last home, we didn't think twice about calling him to work in our new place. They replaced our water heater, connected our appliances and performed a number of other smaller repairs on the heating and plumbing systems. Dan gave good advice about what was and was not worth doing on our systems and got everything working as we expected.

I received a complaint from my tenant regarding lack of heat in her unit of a 2 family house. Dan came out promptly to investigate. I thought the troubleshooting process took longer than expected, and it wasn't until the next day and the involvement of an electrician that the issue was resolved. However, a couple days later I awoke to neither furnace working. Something done to correct the prior problem had created another issue. Dan came out to correct everything promptly. In the end, both heating units are functioning properly, but it took longer and more visits than I would have expected.

We converted from an old oil fired burner to a high efficiency system 3 years ago. The system had not been tuned up since. When I scheduled the work over the phone, Daniel seemed the most knowledgeable and transparent about the scope of the job and that's why I chose him. Price seemed reasonable based on estimates I got from 4-5 other contractors. Not the cheapest, but there were a number of quotes that were considerably more. He ran a little late, but called ahead to let me know which was much appreciated. Daniel showed up with one other colleague. After informing him that we recently converted our original oil burner to high efficiency gas mod-con type system, he took a look at the system and made some recommendations for how we might modify the existing configuration to get it working to its full potential. They then got to work cleaning the system and calibrated it once it was all back together. When they were done, I had Daniel look at a couple other jobs that we have in our queue, and he was happy to provide his recommendations. He also promised to send us a quote for fine-tuning our heating configuration. Very courteous and professional.

Everything went fine. The conversation was pretty good. I just didn’t go with them.

The installation went without a hitch and the job was completed on schedule. Dan insured that all paperwork and billing was in order so that our application for a MassSave Heat Loan and National Grid equipment rebate was easy. When National Grid did the installation inspection, the inspector told me he " had never seen such a neat install for this type of system".
