Did not like the way the lattice looked after completed and came back, redug dirt across lattice and repositioned.

+ -1 moreall the projects were complete with final payment made for each project when all check lists were finalized.
Description of Work: Mr. Converse did several projects over the year 2008 and 2009. All of the projects were done to profection. As the old saying goes (Things were done as if it were his own home - paying attention to details.) Mr. Converse installed a composite flag pole -including excavation and concrete footing. He installed a personal watercraft electric/mechinical hoist including pier decking additions and electrical connections. He installed pier lighting and several piling caps. He designed and built the amazing storage unit - 10 x 18 with windows and flower boxes. He ordered materials to match the existing home so shutters and siding and roof pitch all matched the existing home. The design could not have been better. It looks lovely enough to live in. Concrete slab, double doors, asphalt shingles - he did it all - ONE MAN - Mr. Converse, also, installed a mechanical closet in the garage - drywall - framing - double door - shelving. If you need a dependable licensed and insured home impovement contractor you must call Chris Converse. I cannot think of any negatives involving his performance and work ethics. It is so nice to find someone you can trust. Someone who would not take advantage of a homeowner.
