He's always pleasant, is trustworthy and does a good job. His price is also very reasonable. Our neighbors have started to ask for him.

Very disappointing. Two of the six brackets pulled out from the wall after Mr. Long left. I had noticed plaster falling from those brackets and called his attention to it when he was installing them. I had also asked initially that the shelves be attached to studs which he told me was not necessary. He assured me he would make sure they were secure after I called his attention to the falling plaster. 2 of 6 brackets failed when books were placed on the shelves creating a hazardous situation. Mr Long returned to do other work and repair the shelves and then told me that in his opinion the plaster was too dry and this kind of shelving system was not a good choice for that wall. When I asked him to guarantee his work and his initial opinion that this was an appropriate solution he offered $50 of other work to compensate for the failed shelving system. I am not satisfied having paid $125 for a hazardous situation that I need to resolve. I have no functional shelves and damaged wall.
