He called and came same day and had the parts already. Nice guy, wore protective booties and put down cardboard on my hardwood floors.

Prompt efficient communication. Kept me informed from beginning to end and walked me through each step. Did an excellent job

Did a good job overall but the pricing was not clear. Offered upfront consultation price and then additional cost for fixing the problem. Consultation was supposed to be subtracted from the cost to fix, but he added the cost together when billing me saying that the price he gave included removing the consultation. That was not clear and was very frustrating.

The contractor is very unprofessional, and I am not satisfied with the price I paid.

Diagnosed the issue on Monday, chased down the part and installed it on Tuesday.

Came in and was up front with prices and diagnosing the problem before saying whats going on

The tech was very professional. He located the source of the problem very quickly. Was here and gone within 25-35 minutes.

Water heater ruptured just before I had to leave for work and only a week after moving in. Calling around for pricing to make sure we didn't bust our budget I spoke to Mandy and had told her I needed to get back to her after a couple more calls. Bill overheard our conversation and called me back personally to discuss. He also texted me offering to answer any questions I had. Price was right in our budget and lower than anyone else. Bill came out that day himself to install the new water heater. He was super nice and extremely helpful in answering questions about different options for the new install to make sure we got the set up that would work best for us. I elected to have him service our steam boiler while he was there so we would be ready for the winter. He took the time to walk me through proper care and operation of the system as we had never had steam heat before. Very happy with his work and will not hesitate to contact again for any plumbing work we might need done in the future.

He arrived as agreed and serviced my system that had not been checked since it had been installed. He did replace a part that was causing a leak. I did not opt for the service agreement, but I will call him again on a regular basis.

Bill was a pleasant man who knew what he was doing installing my gas hot water heater and did so competently and cleaned up any debris on the floor and removed all packaging and the old heater. Over all this installation warranted 5 stars!!’ I would avail myself of his services for plumbing needs in the future as well as recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services!
