I hired Bill for the thermostat which he was unable to take care of due to issues he had nothing to do with. He helped me hire the right person and never charged me for the time he spent here. I have had him back to my house twice. Once to change out my kitchen sink and once to change out all 3 of my toilets. Bill is very professional. It's a great feeling to know you have a competent, reliable plumber, and after today, we do. When I found Bell Tower through HomeAdvisor on Saturday I made an appointment for Monday morning because I was asked to schedule an appointment. I was not expecting that could possibly happen, but later on Saturday I got a call from Bill Travers saying he could be at our house at the appointed time. Really, am I dreaming? Well it was not a dream as Bill showed up right on time and went to work replacing an old kitchen faucet. He worked very efficiently, and left everything under the sink even neater than he found it. His fee was on the high side which is why I had to rate value at 4.0, but well worth it since my wife will no longer be nagging me to get it fixed. While this was not an emergency, I am confident that we now have someone to call who would respond promptly if the need was urgent.
