Bill called immediately after i submitted my job to home advisor and scheduled the appointment for the next day. The whole process of understanding the work and the bill was exceptionally done as was the finished work. Note: Contractors will use home advisor to fill in their work schedule, so the first time i submitted the work; i got 1 person that didn't follow up; then waited a couple days and tried again and was able to get the work done.

Was up front about pricing, kept me updated on progress. Issue was fixed very well.

Plumbing is always expensive. He encouraged to buy a new vanity for my bathroom but I am not in a spending mood.

Bill was prompt and professional. He repaired a sink faucet and replaced some old valves. I have already hired him to do some needed plumbing in my basement. Would recommend him to anyone.

Bill was great and came out quickly/finished the work the same day. The job was extremely small but the price wasn't that small. To be fair, he works off a rate book, so its all upfront pricing (similar to what you'd see at a mechanic).

Bill called quickly and scheduled an appointment for two days later. He looked at the job, which was to replace two sillcocks and install new indoor shutoffs for them, walked me through the cost breakdown, and performed the work that day. The job was done perfectly.
