+ -1 moreIt went very well. I have had Matt several times. He is patient with the customer as well as his new help who sometimes comes with him. He explains what he is doing if you want to know, has many different skills and cleans up after himself. I have a major problem with my sewer pipe which was installed only 5 years ago. I have had several backups since it was installed. Matt has offered to call the city to see if he will be allowed to dig up and see what the problem is. Hopefully, he will be successful! It is expensive to have him back followed by the carpet cleaning people each time this happens and, on top of that, I am hesitant to use my facilities. I recommend him highly.
Description of Work: Snaked main drain, enlarged hole in granite, and changed toilet fill valve.

+ -1 moreMatt is a real sweet guy. Also knowlegeble. It might have been a dry trap, and told me how to prevent.
Description of Work: Sewage smell in basement. He has a great nose and diagnosed it as dead animal trapped behind panels. No charge.
