Our housekey broke off inside the deadbolt during one of the ridiculously cold days in February. We could have gone to Home Depot and figured out the whole thing on our own, but, 1) its our front door and main entrance for the house facing a main street, so we wanted to know with certainty it was installed correctly and securely 2) we prefer to support small/local businesses 3) my husband had to work and this way we didn't need to leave the house unlocked while I went to the store. They sent someone over right away with everything they needed, went over the price with me (which seemed high but ultimately worth it), had everything done, replaced, and cleaned up within an hour. Both the gentleman I spoke to on the phone and the one who came to my house were extremely professional and left me with a detailed receipt.

Artery Lock Service provided recommendations based on the doors and locks that we already have but we do intend to have them out again to replace the lock and then we'll have a choice of a variety of things. They are really close to the house we just bought and they have a good rating on Angie's List which is why we chose Artery Lock Service. Their price, quality, and professionalism were excellent.

I called and asked for a quote. They responded immediately, came right out, gave the best price. On time, professional, courteous. Work was completed as promised, quickly, and done right.
