These folks know their business and were pleasant and reliable to deal with. Well worth the time and money.

I emailed them photos. They had to order replacement hinges, which took a while. Fixing the door was a two person job. They were very professional.

It didn't, when I called the company, that was recommended by Angie's List. I was told that they do not come to the town that I live in. Which has left me in a bind and confused. I told them that they were recommended and that is why I was calling them. I don't understand why they were recommended if they only limit their travel distance.

I was happy with them. They were very good. They did a very good professional job. They did exactly what I wanted. They were on time.

It was excellent. The gentleman who came out, Andrew, his measurements was extremely precised. He also did the installation with another person. It was absolutely a flawless job. Everything lined up perfectly. They were courteous and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. Top quality.

It was excellent. They are a fabulous company. It's not always about the money, its about the quality. If you want a great company, hire them. They are unbelievable.

From the beginning when the technician came out and measured Andrew it went very well also when he installed 10 days later which is extremely acceptable timeframe it was perfect installation and the quality of the shower glass doors was perfect and right on target wouldDefinitely do business with this company again the process from the beginning to the end was seamless

The job couldn't have gone more smoothly. April, in the office, initially allowed me to provide pictures and measurements in order to guide the determination of the appropriate size, thus eliminating the delay of waiting for someone to come out to measure. It was quickly determined that the size was a standard one and the panes were ordered that same day. The installers came out within the same week to install. They were professional and courteous ... and did an excellent job. They even cleaned the doors (both the two panes they repaired and the two they didn't) so that the entire glass wall looks absolutely clear.

The co was very professional and punctual but their pricing was crazy expensive. I took their quote and sent it to another vendor who came back at half the price before I even tried to haggle. I'm sorry but 2,000 for a stock shower door installed is ridiculous. If you didn't want the job then please don't waste my time and just say so.

Very responsive - came out gave quote the same day I called. When I was ready I called and they came same day right on time. Professional and cleaned up as they went! Everyone i dealt with was Pleasant and helpful.

Gusty wind threw a rock and smash one of our storm window. I found Arlmont Glass from Angies List. Called first thing in the morning. I was thinking it is going to be a 2 weeks project (schedule appointment for estimate, and schedule another appointment for work....etc). But April was so extremely helpful. She sent someone over to the house to give an estimate within 2 hours and gave a very reasonable quote. The work was done on the same day as well. Within another few hours, the work was done. While they were there, I also have them fix a piece of glass on our garage door that has a crack. Their quality of work was excellent. Everything was handle with care and they are very professional. Another gem I found on Angies' List. I will definitely use them again for future glass projects.

They were outstanding! They came out immediately to figure out what I needed and then came out today to replace the window. The gentleman who came was incredibly nice, professional and FAST! I would absolutely use them again.

I contacted a few glass companies and they were only one willing to work with us. From first contact to installation, everyone was helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Spoke with April in the office. She had someone over that day to give price on window repair. Gentleman was on time and did great job telling me how to take window out and offering that when the glass is ready to install it would be quicker an cheaper to bring window to them for repair myself. I wouldn't wait long and they would do it and send me home with it repaired. They called 6 days later and said to come on over with window. I waited 10 minutes and it was done! The wonderful gentleman even explained how to get the window back in the track and if there was a problem to call him without hesitation. Fortunately it went right back in as he instructed and the window is now working great. Would highly recommend them and use them anytime in the future!

We made an initial appointment. The estimator arrived promptly, examined all the problems, and made suggestions. He e-mailed a detailed quote the following day. Once we decided to have the work done, we made a deposit (one-third is required), and waited while they ordered the parts. When they called to say the parts had been received, we made an appointment for installation. The two installers arrived on time, were very pleasant and cooperative and did wonderful work. We would gladly contract with Arlmont again in the future.

Daniel Buckley did not actually make the adjustments to the door. Another worker came down and got the door working. He did an admiral job and we were very, very satisfied. The best thing he did was identify the maker of the window and door.

This gentleman drove a considerable distance and charged us $135.00 to fix a door issue that we’d previously been quoted upwards of $1500.00 to replace from other companies. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the work and the ethic of this gentleman. He was pleasant and fixed our sliding glass door.

I called and was able to easily schedule an appointment. The customer service person who took the call asked a number of helpful questions. The technician who came was able to fix the window on site. It was a 40 year old basement window that had cracked. The repair was pricey due to the fact that it took a long time to remove all the prior adhesive around the edges of the glass. It was a couple hours of work. Highly recommend!

Arlmont Glass replaced a broken living room window for me. First of all they will come to your home for a free estimate. Then will email the invoice for the job. Then you schedule the work. Three simple steps, everyone is polite and wonderful to do business with. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone or to use them again as my home has aging windows. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Arlmont. I had purchased a glass shower door, which contractors had been unable to install because it needed to be attached to glass tiles. They were professional and took the necessary careful approach. While it was pricey, it was well worth it for the hard work with a delicate job, with three men.
