AJ Hubbard & Sons

We had our floors redone and we were looking for very large carpets. I had shopped around checking out prices. They were reasonably priced and the owner was great too. They even spent time talking to us over the phone. They delivered and laid down the carpet. They were really great to deal with. We bought a 13”x16” woolen rug. It was a great deal. I have nothing bad to say about them.

I visited the showroom a few times to pick through all the samples and options. I was able to take home the samples that I liked, and took my time making my decision. Once I chose the rug, they came out to the house and measured. They were on time and very helpful in describing the different options for installation to me. They also examined a stair tread that needed some repair work. Once the rug was ordered and came in to the shop, they came out the house and repaired our stair tread and did a "dry fit" on the runner to make sure the angles and cuts would be in the right places. They did the seaming at their shop and then returned to do the final installation. They were always on time and efficient in their work. We are so pleased with the final result and look forward to using AJ Hubbard and Sons again.

Hubbard Flooring is a family business, and they are very pleasant to work with. Mr. Hubbbard came to the house to measure and consult on the material selection. Mrs. Hubbard kept me informed on the scheduling of the work, and Mr. Hubbard himself, along with two additional people, did the work. They showed up when they said they would, finished the job when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, and were friendly and polite. They were careful about moving the furniture, and there were no problems. The floors look great!

The family that owns it goes out of their way to be helpful. They did a good job and I would hire them in the future for any further work.

It was great. I went down to their store in Medford and they were very helpful in picking something out. When I told them that it was for a rental, they knew exactly what I should do since they service a good number of landlords. Everything went very smoothly. The business is family run, and it shows in the high quality of service that they deliver.

We were extremely happy with our experience. The store is a full service, family experience, including a play area for toddlers and even family willing to play with toddlers! They listened carefully to what we wanted and helped us pick out carpets we are very happy with. We took home some samples to check out in our home, then called them back to set up the installation. They came on time, installed quickly, took the time to lay down the extra carpets, and made it clear that they want to know if there are any problems (there have been none). Highly recommended.

They were very professional and on time. They did a great job. We have already recommended him to our neighbor.

THE JOB REQUIRED CAREFUL INSTALLATION AS THERE IS AN EXPENSIVE WATERPROOFING SYSTEM IN THE BASEMENT THAT NEEDED TO BE PROTECTED. BUD WAS TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL, THOUGHT THE PROBLEM THROUGH, AND THEN DID A GORGEOUS JOB WITH ALL DETAILS PERFECT. THIS WAS AN INEXPENSIVE GRADE CARPET BUT THE PERFECT FINISH MAKES THE JOB LOOK MUCH RICHER. IT'S ALSO A TRUE FAMILY BUSINESS AND I WAS TREATED WARMLY AT ALL STAGES OF THE SELECTION AND INSTALLATION PROCESS.
