replacement windows
+ -1 moreThe work was carefully and cheerfully completed. These are people who are proud of their services and the work shows it. He has been back to replace a window that was a defective or damaged in shipping. We are recommending that our daughter use Steve when she puts windows in.
Description of Work: Steve and his crew installed 28 windows in our home. They were Marvin Infinity windows.

+ -1 moreThe serviceman, whom I understood to be the owner, showed up with only the previous notice of "he would try to get to the house sometime in the next two days". He then said, "I only have 5 minutes, so can you show me what you need?" He wandered around the house, showing little interest in the details of the job, shaking his head as if it was all a very serious problem (nothing was urgent or serious). Then he said he'd call the next week, and I never heard from him ever again.
Description of Work: Was asked to quote on the replacement of some windows.
