Description of Work: John was very prompt in responding and coming out to investigate the problem even though he already had a full schedule. Turns out I had drilled into a toilet drain pipe - so I had toilet water leaking out behind the wall. Nice. He opened the wall, identified the problem, gave me a few days to get it fixed, then came back and patched the wall up. Cleaned up the mess neat and tidy. The price was a bit more than I was expecting, but to be fair, I really didn't have any basis for my expectation.
