+ 0 moreThey quality was very good, they were in and out quickly from when they started the work, however he got held up. He told us that he was going to start by a certain date, and just wasn't good about communicating that he had gotten overwhelmed, and wasn't able to start on that date, but I find that to be typical with contractors, they are not great communicators. The work was great while we were there, we sold that house and we are on our next one. The price seemed expensive, but any custom made radiators would be expensive.
Description of Work: They built a radiator cover/bench.

Description of Work: I had Mike over for an estimate and he was extremely professional and timely in providing it. We will be doing business with him once we can decide ourselves exactly what we want and will most likely be using him for a multitude of projects around our home. His work is pricey but when it is all custom built, shouldn't it be to have it done right?

+ 0 moreI've used Michael Flanagan of Flanagan's Precision Woodworking for several jobs. He is my go-to handyman/woodworker for any/all household jobs. I am always thrilled with the outcome. His attention to detail is great. He takes meticulous care with even the smallest job. He custom designed a couple pieces of furniture for me - a bed frame that has some weird space constraints, and also a large (7 feet tall) armoire for extra storage in my entryway. Both pieces of furniture are beautiful and work great in the spaces they were designed for. For the room renovations, I threw a challenging task at him. These were not your standard rooms with walls and wood that needed a little patching/painting. I live in an over 100 year old building. Some of the belly boards were so gouged and messed up that he basically had to rebuild them. It was a painstaking task but he did it and now they look great - still rustic but finished. Ditto for the walls - lots of damage and he brought everything back from the dead. Every room he renovated is perfect now. I highly recommend.
