I WAS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE. AFTER GETTING SOME WATER IN MY BASEMENT, I DECIDED THAT I NEEDED A DRY-WELL TO DIVERT THE GUTTER RUN-OFF AWAY FROM THE BACK OF MY HOME. GARY (THE OWNER) CAME BY A FEW DAYS AFTER I CALLED HIM AND THEN FAXED ME A WRITTEN QUOTE. HE ALSO CAME BACK A SECOND TIME TO REVIEW THE JOB WITH ME AND ANSWER A NUMBER OF QUESTIONS. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN JUST TWO DAYS AND WAS OF TOP QUALITY. WHAT IMPRESSED ME THE MOST IS THAT GARY WAS VERY CREATIVE AND FOUND A WAY TO USE A DRY WELL THAT WAS INSTALLED IN SECTIONS. THIS KEPT THE PRICE OF THE JOB REASONABLE AND ELIMINATED THE NEED TO USE HEAVY EQUIPMENT. I AM MOST HAPPY ABOUT THE FACT THAT THIS PAST MONTH WE RECEIVED RAIN EVERY DAY FOR TWO WEEKS AND MY BASEMENT IS STILL DRY!!
