+ -1 moreThis company has switched its name and business to Maynard Door and Window. I get the feeling that they're overextended. They gave us the runaround on the phone, and the last time they called they told us they were tired of our complaining.
Description of Work: They did a small shingling repair where one roof meets another, but there was still water dripping down. We called and they promised to send someone. After a while, it became clear that they did not intend to do this.

+ -1 moreSTEVE AND HIS CREW WORKED VERY FAST TO COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE PROCESS AND THE WORKMANSHIP, AND THE FINAL PRODUCT WAS AMAZING. STEVE PROVIDED A FEW EXTRAS ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CONTRACT TO MAKE SURE THE JOB WAS FINISHED WELL (A FORMERLY ROTTING SILL HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN COVERED UP; INSTEAD OF RECOVERING IT, HE REPLACED THAT SECTION). I'D DEFINITELY USE STEVE AGAIN. OPERATES ALSO UNDER THE COMPANY NAME "MAYNARD DOOR AND WINDOW, INC" (DBA TOWN AND COUNTRY CONSTRUCTION).
Description of Work: REMOVED AND DISPOSED OF EXISTING PORCH WINDOWS. SUPPLIED AND INSTALLED NEW WINDOWS AND DOOR FOR FRONT PORCH (LENGTH OF HOUSE). HARVEY WINDOWS WERE CUSTOM BUILT OUT BY STEVE IN HIS SHOP TO ACCOMMODATE UNUSUALLY LARGE OPENING (FORMER JALOUSY WINDOWS. BUILT 6 SETS OF 2 CASEMENT OVER 1 TRANSOM WINDOWS. INSTALLED AND TRIMMED OUT WITH ALUMINUM FLASHING.

Description of Work: SPOKE TO SOMEONE THERE ABOUT HAVING THEM DO ROOF REPAIR WORK FOR ME ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO. THEY PROMISED TO CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY COULD COME OUT, BUT I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RETURN PHONE CALL FROM THEM.
