TICO TREE SERVICE

I just had Tico Tree Service cut down many trees on my property. Luis was great to work with. He was very professional, came with a large crew to get the job done quickly, AND also provided the lowest price of the three quotes I got. I would definitely use him again for any tree work needed.

We contacted 6 tree service providers. Several came over to estimate our job. Luis came the next day after our call and gave us the best price. He and a helper came within a promised time frame and did an excellent job cutting and removing 3 big trees and grinding tree stumps. They cleaned our yard after the job was done. We will definitely recommend Tico Tree Service to all our friends.

I contacted Luis and Tico Tree Service for an estimate to remove a large tree and prune several trees around our property. Luis was responsive to my voicemail and showed up promptly to estimate the job. I received an estimate on the spot. When I followed up to hire him, I never heard back. I tried several times via text and phone to no avail. I've waited 3-4 weeks for a response and clearly he's not interested in the job. Disappointing and unprofessional.

Although it took a while for Luis and his team (3 men in all) to get to our job, we understood that the extremely rainy weather had made it impossible to accurately schedule, and Luis was extremely good at getting back to me whenever I wrote... I appreciate that! They came on the day they said and worked incredibly hard because their chipper couldn't be brought into my back yard since the ground had thawed and my leaching fields were there. Instead, the chipper had to be in my driveway and they had to carry out all of the fallen wood by hand. In getting estimates, I didn't find anyone else willing to do that. It was incredible how much wood they removed and chipped -- it filled their entire huge truck!! And I am so happy to have a much neater looking woods as I look out my back windows!!

We contacted many tree service providers. Several came over to estimate our job, which was in a difficult area. Our back yard is very narrow (15 feet from the house to the neighbor's fence), on a hill, with no access for trucks or cranes. Luis contacted us soon after we called, came over to look at the job a few days later and scheduled the work for the following week. He gave us the best price and made good suggestions. We had selected three skinny trees to cut. He told us it would be better to cut the two that didn't look so good and keep the third which was healthy and straight. He also said he should cut off branches of other trees that were overhanging the house to let in more light and reduce damage possibilities from falling branches during storms. He and a helper arrived right on time and did the work carefully. He moved our grill and protected our air conditioner. They cut down and hauled the trees and branches by hand through our yard to the street where he fed them into his chipper. The whole job took several hours, including cleaning up the yard after. Luis did excellent work for us and our yard looks great. We are completely satisfied.

Luis and the team were very professional, did exactly what we asked and did a superb job with clean up. I was impressed. I have used Tico Tree Service in the past and they are very consistent and prompt.
