+ 0 moreHe agreed to reseed lawn in the fall and do some plantings, but didn't respond to multiple phone calls to schedule, and when he finally responded said it was too late to do the work (initial discussion and visit to scope project was in early September, with plenty of time to do so)
Description of Work: Lawn maintenance during the summer was fine, but then became unavailable for promised planting/seeding

Description of Work: Doug Tucker came over and provided an estimtate. He was recommended by our sprinkler guy. Doug was able to communicate well with the sprinkler guy to do the work that was needed before and after we had a system put in this fall. Doug was hired to level off our backyard with loam, mulch several beds, create several beds, etc. It took doug and his staff about 1.5 days to do all of the work.. He brought in the loam and mulch and left everything clean and tidy when his crew left each day. He was reasonable on his estimate (although, I am not sure I got the best deal) but he made up for the cost with his promt service, knowledge of what needed to get done and his quick call backs.

+ -1 moreTHE OWNER DOUG WAS EASY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH IN EARLY SPRING FOR A QUOTE. I HIRED HIM TO DO WEEKLY LAWN MOWING. BUT SINCE THEN I HAVE CALLED 4 TIMES TO DISCUSS DOING ADDITIONAL WORK AND HE HAS NOT RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS IN OVER A MONTH. RECENTLY HIS WORKERS RAN OVER A FLOWER BED, KILLING SOME PLANTS, AND HE STILL WON''T RETURN MY CALLS.
