Ruby and his team were punctual, courteous and helpful in all aspects of the process. most of all they were patient and understanding as things on our side were in a "state of flux" so we asked Ruby to quote this...then that.....then the other.........as we tried to schedule other trades. throughout he was constructive and understanding of our situation. overall a positive experience and i would recommend them (and use them again)

Ruby and his team were very professional and the paint job was excellent. They arrived on time, worked continuously throughout the day and cleaned up completely before leaving. He went above and beyond our contract. We have hired him to do the exterior in the Spring!

I called to ask when he was coming to see if he needed the door open (thinking he may need a bathroom) and he nastily stated that he already spoke to my husband. He did power wash the porch, part of the job, left all the wood in our backyard, never said he was leaving, and never called or came back.

Excellent. Mr. Patino gave estimate and performed the work as promised. Crew arrived early and worked diligently thru the day. They power washed the house, took down the shutters and down spouts and painted them separately. After all the siding and trim was done, they replaced them. The crew was friendly and courteous and did excellent work.

Ruby and his crew did a great job. It was a small job but it was scheduled and performed promptly.

It went well. He noticed that some wood was rotting so we had that replaced and he he deducted something from the bill. Also, the deck did not come out well so he voluteered to return and redo the deck - he had to return twice - once to pressure-wash, once to add varnish.

Ruby and his crew did and excellent job or prepping the house with a thorough cleaning and scraping. They waited for it to dry. The final coats were done with care and precisely. He also arranged with a carpenter to repair any loose boards, rotted sills, etc. Overall, and excellent job.

He was on time every day, very professional throughout, very helpful and answered my endless questions. He was very easy to work with. I would definitely call him again.

Came for the estimate on time, emailed a written estimate as requested. We agreed on a date, and they arrived as planned. Very courteous and clean. No traces of sanding, paint chips etc. at all. I would definitely use them again.

Ruby Patino came in when we had an agreement on the house, but were still waiting on the closing date. He worked with all of our requests, provided great advice on the type of paint to use for each of the rooms. Provided many paint colors, and great advice on what would work well on each room. He had to wait for us to give him the all clear on the closing date, so we missed the deadline we had talked about. So the painting date was delayed, but that was due to our schedule, not his. He was very kind to try and get us in as soon as possible. The WALLS LOOK AMAZING! As I mentioned we had textured walls, wallpaper to come down, and a dark color to cover. None of these would be easy things to deal with... especially painting that high cathedral ceiling! They look brand new! Everyone raves about the colors, and what a difference it made. They were quick, considerate, and very professional in all of their dealings with us. Ruby goes above and beyond what you'd expect. He's very kind. We had asked if we could purchase a little bit of the special paint for the ceiling because we had some water stains in another room. Instead he just did the touch up in a few seconds. Very kind.

Patino's painting did an OUTSTANDING job from start to finish! All of the work was performed on schedule, and as defined in the original estimate. Agreed to modifications to the original contract, although minor, were also outstandingly performed. I would highly recommend this contractor for any job he chooses to undertake. And, the price was comptetive with that of other painting contractors contacted.

Perfect! Exceptional! Above all expectations! If there was an A+, we would gladly give it to Patino's Painting! We asked three different companies for quotes. While touring the house with us, Ruby Patino did a careful assessment and was unfazed by many of the items which seemed to create problems for the other contractors. He gave us a detailed estimate and included optional items which helped us manage our renovation budget. His crew was punctual, enthusiastic, meticulous and skilled. Apart from the final result, which is AWESOME, what we appreciated most was Ruby Patino's flexibility. We remodeled the staircase while his crew was working on the house and he accepted to add/remove items as the remodeling progressed. He completed the work on time and perfectly in line with the estimate. He was very open to the idea of using low VOC paint and primer. Patino's Painting came highly recommended and we highly recommend them as well!

They did work in one house in my neighborhood, and that’s how I got to know about them. I think they are doing their fifth house around here. They sanded and stained the deck, which is pretty big, and they did the trims around the house. As prep work, they power-washed, scraped, caulked and sanded as well. They also painted the windows, painted and stained the ceilings, and did some work in the bathrooms. They installed new caulking around the bathtub. I had installed new windows and I needed patch-ups to be done on the outside, and they did that; in fact, that was the initial reason I hired them. They are good, reliable and very reasonably priced. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.
