Best experience with a retailer/ installer Ive ever had, I give them the highest recommendation i can. Don't waste your time and money at the chain stores, NEA gives a competitive price both for merchandised and service, in fact, they gave me a lower price for both over Home Depot. Honest and professional, when faced with a challenging install they helped with solutions instead of giving up. Did not try and upcharge when things got tricky. Quick appts available, will use them again without hesitation! Telling everyone I know to shop here!

Ron came out to the house to make sure the stove would fit and what else had to be done. He then scheduled the pipe fitter to be here to extend the gas line when the stove was ready to be installed. Did the work and then removed the old electric stove. The new JennAir works fine.

Late Oct my Electrolux dishwasher died. I had a local repair service look at it, and he said the broken part was stil under warranty and I should go through Electrolux. He gave me the diagnostic info, including part # needed. Took me two days to get through to someone at NE App, and when the rep arrived Nov 1 he didn't have the part with him. He said he'd need to order it, and the office would call when it came it to set up an installation visit. When I hadn't heard anything by the 12th, I called and heard a recorded message saying they weren't taking any more service calls and were booked well into December, adding, and quot;If you are waiting for a part on an outstanding service call, leave your name and number.and quot; I left my info 3-4 times over the next few days with no response from NE App. I finally called Electrolux back and got another service company (Yale Appliance), who were extremely responsive, and as of today my dishwasher is fixed AND I still haven't heard back from NE App. I will never contact them again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Ron is the best in the area. His service can not be topped. He is always punctual. He delivererd faster than he said, when a part had to be ordered. His new appliance sales is wonderful. Prices are the best around. I purchases most of my appliances from his company 19 years ago and have been happy with all of them. I did purchase a dishwasher from home depot 6 years ago, and it has not held up as well as those others.

It is a family owned company and I like that they are nearby and they take pride in their work.
