She calls herself a kitchen designer but she's a fraud. She told me repeatedly before I hired he that she does not charge for her designing or consulting service. She makes money off of the materials and supplies that we buy from her through her distributor. So she has a profit on top of the wholesale. So we're essentially saving money from buying from her trhough wholesale instead of buying retail from retail stores. After I fired her, she sent me an invoice for her consulting services. I did not save money from buying from her through wholesale because she took advantage of me and maximized on the number of cabinets and tiles to maximize her profit. So I have more cabinets than I need in my kitchen, more cabinets than anyone has ever seen in a kitchen my size. She purchased more tiles than I needed. There were problems with the design on a kitchen plan which the builder received additional plans. I bought a fridge according to the fact that she told me to buy and she didn't even design the right cabinet to fit my fridge. She did not leave enough space between the fridge and the Lazy Susan so I couldn't open the Lazy Susan door. I couldn't use the upper cabinets that were next to the fridge. So I have to buy a new and smaller fridge that could fit the panel. The first fridge cost me $2,000 and 2 months later, I had to buy another fridge which cost me $2,400. The new fridge can fit the panels better and allows more access to the upper and base cabinets. The cabinet design was poor. I needed a contractor and she recommended her friend and he was as incompetent as she is.
