Description of Work: They caped off the pipe in the basement for the outside spigot. The spigot and inside valve were leaking. This repair is temporary to prevent leaking and the pipe freezing this winter. We will have him back out in the spring to replace the valve and spigot.

As a single mom managing an older rental unit for years (leaky pipes, failed water heaters, clogged drains, replaced pumps--you name it), old-fashioned service from a contractor has been invaluable. Recommend highly.
