Fair. I had asked that the gate be mounted 2-3 inches above the grown; it was mounted about 1" above. Waste cement was left in the garden. And I had asked to discuss a future large project but he left without a word. I've used George previously for carpentry and was satisfied, so I was a bit disappointed this time.

It went "without issue" (always a good thing!)

It went well. He showed up when he said he would. He did what he said he was going to do. He charged me what he said he was going to charge me. No surprises. I'd use him again.

George was very professional. Showed up on time for estimate, gave a reasonable price for the job, and came back in a couple of weeks to do it. It was done right.

He and his sons are excellent to work with, polite, responsive to schedule requirements and changes were generally reasonably priced.

Mr Hatch was extremely professional and very punctual. He called when he said he would and arrived on time to do the job. We needed guttering put on our home and had a concern about damp in our living room wall. He noticed that the flashing on the recently installed dormer (but the former owner) wasn't working and said he'd do that at the same time. I got a quote from another firm as well and Mr Hatch was more reasonable. He arrived on time, and did the work quickly. He applied the same treatment to both dormers and painted a window sill that also needed doing. I will definitely use him again.

I called Mr. Hatch to see if he could clean our gutters. He came over the next day to look at our house. He noticed a couple of things needing repair with the gutters. He gave me an estimate that I thought was very reasonable. When he came to do the work, he did everything he said he would, plus he repaired a downspout that he hadn't mentioned when he did the estimate; he did not ask for any more for doing this extra work. I feel really good about the job he did and will call him in the future for work on our house.

George returned my call and set up an appointment at a time that was convenient for us. He arrived according to our plan and cleaned our front and rear gutters and downspouts. They are now performing perfectly. He worked quickly and was very neat. No messes on the deck at all. We were very pleased with his work and are planning to hire him whenever we need a handyman.

After some fits and starts with scheduling, George was a joy to work with. He came out immediately to provide a very competitive estimate, and every laundry list item I threw at him was met with and quot;yes, sure I can do thatand quot; - music to my ears! When George came out, he performed the work efficiently and pleasantly. He came back earlier than expected to finish one outstanding job, and everything he worked on looks great. He cleaned up nicely after himself. I cannot wait to work with him again!

George and his sons were really fast. they did the entire job in less than 2 hours, and cleaned up after the job was done. George also had the lowest price of the contractors I contacted. I would definitely hire him again.

Excellent. I contacted him late on Wednesday; he called me back Thursday afternoon. He said he would be in Marlborough on Saturday, and he was able to come to my home on Saturday morning at 11 (an ideal time for me). He was even a few minutes early. He did the work in about 45 minutes, a nice job, and was on his way. I am quite satisfied with the work, and that door really needed repair, since the next windstorm would have been slamming it around. His price (a flat $50) was very reasonable.

I contacted George Hatch to do two jobs at my house. I needed gutters cleaned on an especially high part of the house and needed gutter guards installed on the same gutters. In addition, I had a number of locations on the house exterior with wood rot. George reviewed the work, took measurements, and sent me an estimate through the mail a few days later. Based on the estimate, I decided to hire George. He was able to schedule the work about three weeks after I returned the signed contract. George did the work over two weekend days. The work was done as specified. The quality looks good. everything was cleaned up on completion. We are satisfied with George's work and I would consider hiring him for another job.

George arrived on time and quickly finished the work.

As usual George is very thorough and when he leaves you kinow your gutters and downspouts will work. He also checks them at the same time to make sure they are in good condition.

George does small projects for me from time to time and I'm always pleased with the results. I can count on him for whatever I need.

Geoge was quick to respond to my voicemail. He arrived on time two days later, and charged me less than I expected.

As before for my gutters, George responded to my voicemail on the next day and arrived on time on the agreed-to day. He not only replaced my vent (on the gable end, side of house, second floor), but also fixed two places where cedar clapboards had split or come loose.

It took several calls and some phone tag to actually connect with George. Once we made the connection, he was polite, professional, and reliable. He came when he said he would and did the job thoroughly. I'm satisfied with his work and would recommend him to others. It took him longer to do the work than he originally estimated but he was completely willing to stand by his initial price. I decided to pay him more and he was appreciative.

George is very knowledgeable and he put tar around our stack pipes and along the roof line where the 2 roofs meet (multi-level house). He also attached a roof shingle as it had been allowing water to run between the gutter and the wood on the house. Problem solved. He knows what he is doing and I highly recommend him.

The gutters on my 3500 sq ft colonial style house had not been cleaned in over six months, so they were full of oak leaves and restricting water flow during this unseasonably rainy summer. I looked for the closest gutter cleaner via Angie's list and found George Hatch in the next town. George responded to my voice message within two days (was on vacation) and scheduled the work within the next two business days. We talked price on the first call and I was pleased with George's ability to estimate. George was unable to meet the established appointment time, but called apologetically early in the day to inform me and committed to coming the next day at a specific time. I was pleased with his communication. George came the next day at the promised time and cleaned all the gutters of all the leaves and even removed 23 tennis balls from the gutters thrown there by my children. He cleaned up after the work was done. George gave me feedback about the condition of my gutters. Again, a good communicator. There were also some branches from a tree overhanging the roof and gutters, which George agreed to trim during our telephone conversation. Too high for me to reach. George trimmed the overhanging branches. I'm pleased with his response, his communication, and his work. I'll use George Hatch again.

Very responsive--same day call back. Estimated the job on the phone, and confirmed an appointment for that weekend. Arrived promptly, and completed the job quickly for less than phone estimate. Neat and professional throughout. Overall, a great experience. Will definitely use again.

He brought a very tall ladder, all supplies and did the job very expertly. He returned my phone call the same day and came the next day exactly at the time he said he'd come. I couldn't recommend him more highly. He's superb.
