CamCo Home and Garden Services, LLC is owned and operated by a single mother with past residential construction, rental property management and real estate experience. Monique Campbell is the primary shareholder and Director of the LLC she operates the business along side her fiancé who additionally brings over thirty years of Home Improvement Contracting experience, an accomplished finish carpenter, he previously operated his own contracting company for over five years. They originally met while attending an accredited Trade High School together where he graduated in 1991 certified in Plumbing and she in 1993, General Motors Certified in Automotive Technology. They utilize sub-contractors for additional labor support ,as needed, and some specialized trade services but primarily perform most of the work for their customers themselves. CamCo, LLC is a fully insured with a 1,000,000 liability policy inclusive to the listed services they provide. CamCo, LLC accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express, Cash & Personal Checks. CamCo offers an ongoing discount to Veterans of the armed forces and Senior Citizens (over 65) of 10% on all labor related charges. Camco also offers a return customer loyalty discount of 10% off Invoice totals generated within 6 months of the last paid in full Invoice. They additionally run season promotional offers throughout the year.

In addition to common Home Improvement Contracting Services we offer our customers 3D design services and sub-contract architect & engineering services when needed. Waterfront access and dock (lakes) construction and repair. Regularly scheduled gardening maint. i.e: weeding, pruning, mulching, composting, & customized growing solutions. Home sitting/tending, both one-time and regular scheduled (vacation, income, and primary residences). Assembly & Installation(Internet purch.) Pet Shelters.
