He will work with you to not only provide best advice on how to make the project work for your needs, but also is proactive in pointing out cost saving solutions. He arrived on time, did his work within the time frame he said he would, exactly to specification. Would hire him again in a heart beat.
Description of Work: Brett framed a room in our basement, including strapping of ceiling.

+ -1 moreBrett arrived on time and was happy to do any additional work we had. He took great care to do the jobs well and offered a couple of solutions as we needed to have a new opening made on the paneled wall and suggested the lowest cost option. He was polite, conscientious and cleaned up after his work. We will keep his contact information and call him for future work as needed.
Description of Work: BAL was called in by an electrician to cover holes in the ceiling as light fixtures were moved and to open up a paneled wall and return it to its original state. While here we asked Brett to repair a section of basement ceiling damaged by a water leak.
