Description of Work: Anthony and his crew did a fantastic job of cleaning windows that had been neglected for many years. They wore shoe covers to protect my pine floors. Everything was left clean. They were super polite and great to deal with. My only wish is that Anthony's would send reminders for an annual cleaning.

Description of Work: I was a bit disappointed that we had to wait a few weeks for the window cleaning service after the estimate was provided. But, the estimate was provided promptly after my phone call. I had to point out two places where the window stills had not been cleaned, before the crew departed, but otherwise they did a very good job.

Description of Work: Anthony came by last spring and left a written quote for $325. When we talked scheduling, we agreed to do the work in the fall as we were going to be away during the summer. When I called him in October, he said that he would have to take another look at the house and left a written quote for $410. When I called him about this, I told Anthony that I was an Angie's List customer yet he refused to do the work as quoted in the spring and would only do it for the $425. When I asked him why, he said that his prices had gone up. Has window cleaner or labor gone up that much over 25% between May and October ? I consider his response unprofessional

Description of Work: We have an older house (100 years) with old storms and old glass. I think there are over 38 windows/storms. These are not easy to do however ever year Anthony and his crew come on time and finish under 2 hours with everything back in total order. We do clean away any thing near the windows. Consider the task as we used to try to do them, this is always the best money we spend on clean up. I will remember to wait next year after the pollen is finished!!!

ALSO VERY RESPONSIVE, RETURNED PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY, CONFIRMED ARRIVAL TIME THE DAY BEFORE AND ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME. PRICE SEEMED A BIT HIGH - THREE PEOPLE FOR THREE HOURS CAME TO APPROXIMATELY $45 PER HOUR.
