+ -1 moreLoved the realtor....we wanted to give our listing to this realtor, specifically. We liked her professionalism and manner. She put together a very nice portfolio of our home with what she felt, were comparable listings. We ended up going with another realtor...we felt that her appraisal of our property was very low...not the realtor's fault...no comparables out there and we do have a unique property. We are not in a hurry to sell our property, but obviously, want to sell our property. We went with a more aggressive realtor, who apprasied our property considerably higher, and had very good success the previous year, selling more than 50 properties. Within just 2 days of our signing with this realtor, it was already on MLS, with beautiful pictures highlighting our property and our beach. Within just 2 more days, we had 2 showings, a second showing just 3 days later, and a signing 2 days after that.
Description of Work: The realtor gave us an assessment of what our property was valued at in today's market.

+ -1 moreOverall, if you need a Real Estate agent in Mattapoisett, I highly recommend you call Pat Dawson.
Description of Work: My wife and I hired Pat Dawson to be our Buyers Agent to purchase property in Mattapoisett. Pat's been working with us for the last nine months. Our first experience was attempting to buy a home that turned out to be a short sale. That situation was a mess, it dragged on for six months before we decided to withdraw our offer. However, Pat Dawson was great the entire time. He worked tirelessly for us, addressing every issue, and making sure to update me with all of the information. Pat has since found us another home which we're currently in the process of closing the deal.
