computer repair
 + -1 moreMr. Jean arrived several hours late to pick up my computer. After they returned it, I discovered that not only was my CD drive not working, but I could no longer get an internet connection. I called them to let them know, and he claimed that he needed my internet connection password to fix the problem. I said that was ridiculous. His response was to yell, "You're a liar. There's nothing wrong with your internet". Then later he yelled, "You never had an internet connection." Needless to say I took my computer somewhere else. When the other company's technician opened my computer, it was obvious what the problem was: someone had disconnected the modem, and had not reconnected it. I called Mr. Jean back to let them know I was going to report them to the BBB, and he hung up on me. Then I received an email from him calling me a "Stupid, stupid girl".
Description of Work: I hired them to repair a drive in my computer.
