Description of Work: I only purchased my kitchen from them and had someone else install. They are very slow on design and getting back to you.As well the time it took to get the cabinets. Don't be in a hurry because they will not be able to supply you in the time frame that they quote!!

+ -1 moreTHE EMPLOYEES AT NORFOLK HARDWARE ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. WHEN I HAD DIFFICULTY STARTING IT, THE EMPLOYEE AT NORFOLK HARDWARE HAD ME BRING IT DOWN AND DEMONSTRATED IT FOR ME. THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL OCCASSIONS WHEN THEY HAVE ASSISTED ME WITH USING POWER EQUIPMENT. THEY ARE MUCH MORE HELPFUL THAT LARGER COMPETITOR.
