Excellent! Floors look wonderful, everyone that has seen the floors can't get over the difference and how wonderful they came out.

They also arranged to pickup keys several days ahead of time, to match my schedule. When I returned, the floors looked fine and Lee's Floors had done a good job of cleaning up sawdust from the sanding. They made the process much easier than I expected. Timing mattered, the painters needed the paint to dry, then the floor sanding, then the painters returned to check if the baseboards needed any touch up from the sanding equipment.

Tom is terrific. This is the second job he has done for me. Great prices, great service, good workmanship, what more could you ask for? Tom is a very nice man.

They did a great job and lived up to the reviews on Angie's List. They were a lot more affordable than others and didn't waste any time getting the work done.

They came in to our new house for an inspection to estimate the amount of work. When they looked, we had all the carpeting still on the floor. My husband and I removed the carpeting. After doing so, we found a few water damaged spots. At the end of the refinishing, you would never know that there were a few water damage spots. The estimate never changed.

Mr. Lee was a pleasure to work with. My sister referred me to him after I commented on the quality her floor work. We called him and another company for quotes to sand and refinish our hardwood floors. Not only was Tom (I'm pretty sure his name was) Lee coherent and professional, but explained in detail and took time to answer all of my wife's questions without hesitation. The quote we received (including a 10% angie's list discount coupon) was significantly less than the other company. With the professionalism and punctuality of Lee's Hardwood Flooring, I would have paid the higher price if that's what I was quoted. Luckily the job was cheaper only in price and not quality. The overall experience beginning with the estimate was excellent. Estimate was reasonable, workers professional and efficient, and the results excellent. I would use this company again.

Great work by Thomas Lee! He answered my call the first time and was able to meet me to provide an estimate a day later. His price was great in comparision to a couple of other contractors and he was able to perform the work when we needed. The house was empty of all furniture and had been recently painted so I was a little concerned about the baseboards but he took great care in making sure they remained nick-free. My only comment would be that the kitchen appliances could have been covered a bit to avoid the clean up from the dust there. There was dust everywhere after the work which i think is expected but still a nuisance.

Upon contacting Lee's Floor Service to refinish my living and dining room hardwood floors, I had then return to refinsh my kitchne and one bedroom floor. My floors look beautiful and are amazing.

They charged exactly what told in the estimate and gave me 10% off as an Angie’s List discount. They were prompt, punctual, and professional. They came in and out on time and finished the job in 3 days just as they said they would.

We hired Lee to sand and refinish all of the floors in our house as well as install new flooring in our front hall and in the kitchen. The floors look absolutely amazing. The older floors blend seamlessly into the newly installed floors. The job was done with no mess and limited disruptions. We were very happy with the work.

It didn't go well. Though an employee of the company spent time regarding our home and inspecting our floors. We never received a bid or a phone call explaining why they were not interested.

The floors look gorgeous and brand new! There were a few damaged planks that were repaired (gauges and splits) and I can't even tell which ones they were anymore. We had tons of little circle dents accumulating from shoe heels during family gatherings and they are essentially gone. There was also some discoloring at the front and back doors from sun exposure and water/snowy paws and shoes but it's completely gone. We had an issue with a sweeper under one of the doors scraping up the poly but Mr. Lee sent a crew right out to fix it. He was also very accommodating and worked with me through some schedule changes so we could do this at a time that worked best for me and my family. I would highly recommend Lee's hardwood floor service!

Since I didn't end up using them not sure this question is relevant.

The floor began to come apart/bubbling 1 year later. This despite the fact for the first 4 months no one even walked on the floor. I called the company as recent as this week (July 9) and he blew me off indicating too much time had passed and there was nothing he could do. I only chose him because he is on Angie's List and I thought he would stand by his work but he did not. The floor should last longer than 1 1/2 years. Now I have to spend more money to fix the floor.

Tom Lee was very prompt in returning my phone call and scheduling a estimate. He seems to have a very clear idea of how long the job would take and was able to provide me with a quote immediately. He started work on the floor the following week. His crew did a beautiful job on the floors and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. Overall, we were very satisfied with their work and are considering using them again when we install wood floors in the family room.

Lee and his team were great to work with. What I appreciated the most (since I've never refinished floors before) is that Lee made a point to give me input and advice. I didn't like the way the stain looked on my newly sanded floors, and asked Lee to add a second coat of stain. He said he'd do whatever I wanted, but highly recommended that I stick to one coat of stain to keep the integrity of the wood, and because the poly would make them look deeper. After two calls, I decided to listen to Lee, and I'm so happy I did! Our floors look amazing!! I also noticed that Lee's team fixed a step that was a little loose. Something I wasn't expecting is that where they placed the painters tape ended up taking off the paint along all of our molding. The good news for us is that we were planning on painting anyways, but the bad news is that now we have to paint immediately. That said, because Lee forgot to tell me this would happen, he took an extra $50 off the total bill. Not much, but I definitely did appreciate the offer - I'm not sure other companies would have done anything. Overall, I would certainly recommend Lee's Hardwood Floors again. He was always on time, responsive, and very pleasant to work with.

It took two days for the first floor and 1 day for the second. They started early in the morning before I left for work and were out of the house with everythng cleaned up when I came back home after woork

Mr. Lee responded quickly to my inquiry with a reasonable estimate. He set up a date within the next several days for the work to be started and it was completed punctually. I'm very pleased with how it looks.

Excellent work quality. Very responsive, easy to get in touch with, punctual, etc. Price was on par with other quotes. So with the above qualities mentioned, a very good value. Highly recommend. Would absolutely use them again.

Went fine. A little bit of communication problem- wish they would have told us in advance we'd have to move the furniture ourselves and that the process would take several days, be very messy. They did a good job though and price was very reasonable.

We just love Lee's services he and his team are very professional and responsible. We bought our new home in October and the previous owner had carpet and she have a dog that ruined the carpet and the beautiful oak hardwood floor under. Lee's company were able to bring the floor back to the original beauty and shine. I have recommend him to my friend without a doubt that he will perform a super job.
