Bill The Plumber

Had a bathroom pipe issue with tub and shower. He did a fantastic job and fixed my husband's mistakes in a short amount of time. Thank you Bill.

Bill is fantastic. He always picks up the phone and comes practically immediately to help. The last time I needed Bill was when the knob to my only shower suddenly stopped functioning and I couldn't get the water to turn off. Bill came right away and was able to get the water to stop flowing. He then went above and beyond and devised a way to retrofit the knob at a machine shop so it could be replaced and made to work again without having to pull out the entire unit, thus preventing me from spending big bucks and having to get all the tiles re-done. He did all of this during a blizzard!

Bill the Plumber was good. He was not able to do it so he had to get me a master plumber to do it. They fixed the problem for me so it ended up working out but were a tad bit expensive.

He called me right back and came out. He charged $75 and said that he would take that off if he did the work. My son had to break down concrete because the plumber couldn't see the pipe. The plumber would have used a machine to get to the pipe but he wanted $4-500 to do that so I had my sons do it. He came out once and we have emailed back and forth. I last emailed him last week to see if he wanted the job but I haven't heard from him so I'm going to get someone else because I need to get the work done. He was great at responding originally. He seemed like he was well experienced. He was late for the appointment but he called to say that he was stuck in traffic. He nailed down that it was the pipes and he knew what he was doing.

Excellent service - I called during the flood and he came over within 20 minutes.

The second time he came out was an emergency leak in my kitchen sink. He came out right away and he always responds quickly. In fact he has done some extra things that he hasn't charged me for.
