We were in the process of selling our home and needed the carpets replaced and tile work done. We contacted Lowe?s, Home Depot and independent contractors for cost and time estimates. The area to be carpeted was approximately 1300 square feet. We settled on the team of Alan Walter and Nick Flores. They introduced us to their carpet wholesaler, L. Bornstein where we purchased a carpet that satisfied our quality and cost constraints. Alan and Nick with the help of one of their
associates, handled both the carpet installation and repair of the tiles- which was a bit tricky- in a professional manner.
In addition, they repaired a structural problem we had with the foundation of the house. Although they were engaged to install the carpet, they proved to be master craftsmen in other areas as well. We are very pleased with the end result and recommend this team without reservation.
