Nick and the crew were professional, hardworking and did above and beyond. I can't express how much I appreciate the hard work they did within my basement to redirect the ground water to a new sump pump; it rained out heavy the next two days and my basement was dry, and my new sump pump was working great! I couldn't believe what a great job they did it shows they did not cut any corners and new what they were doing. I highly recommend Supreme Waterproofing to all you friends in need of a dry basement I know I will. Thank you Nick!!!

Nick was very responsive and efficient. He and his guys did a great job and finished even more quickly than expected.

He came out for an estimate. We agreed on a price, though it was a little high compared to other estimates. (I went with Supreme because they had much better reviews.) We scheduled the waterproofing and sump pump install in a few weeks. Then he did the work with a crew. Good points: -Friendly, easy to work with, decently hard worker. He was very responsive. Not too long wait time for work. Bad points: - He tore up my lawn with his truck. Overall quality of the work was ok, but not great. Price was a little high vs competitors. Work crew was loud. Broke my crawlspace vent without telling me.

The supreme waterproofing crew is very professional. Their work is very systematic. They start on time, work diligently and finish on time. They cleaned up after themselves and installed a very well functioning sump pump. Basement is now dry and ready to be finished.

Nick came and gave us a very reasonable price to replace the sump pump. He showed up on time even there was an icy snow storm, did the job quickly and professionally

We hired Supreme Waterproofing to help fix a chronic moisture and drainage issues in our block foundation. Nick came in assessed the issue and came up with a solid plan to resolve it. The work was done very professionally and effectively. Everyone of the crew was friendly as well. Nick made sure that the work was done properly, even showing up after the rain to make sure that the pump was working. He spent a lot of time consulting with me about the problem and the solution before he started work. I appreciated his willingness to understand his customer's needs and to be accommodating. It was nice and clean to look at after it was done.

He has to dig the back of retaining wall to stop water pouring in it and fix all the existing cracks and paint all the wall with the waterproof paint.

We had Nick complete the basement waterproofing and sump pump install, installation of a french drain outside our house, repair and resetting brick pavers on a walkway which had been installed improperly by another contractor; install a pea stone pathway through a garden area; repair of stone stairs, repair of a dry stack field stone wall and resetting of bluestone in a patio. Each job was completed to our satisfaction.

Nick was very accommodating with us every step of the way, revising the contract as needed. I would highly recommend Supreme Waterproofing to anyone with water in their basement.

We have a high water table in our neighborhood. Basement flooded every heavy rain storm. We had a sump pump put in with french drain pipes. We have not had any water issues since the installation. Supreme Waterproofing did a great job!
