Solar Rising installed a system on a newly constructed property of ours. They were able to get the permitting done very quickly despite the municipality requiring this to be done offline. They worked around our timeline as we have short-term rentals when we aren't staying at the property. Everything works as expected. No surprises nor issues. Quick responses and turnaround. Highly professional and knowledgeable. If you are looking at solar, I highly recommend Solar Rising. If you have a quote from a national installer that may appear to be slightly better, I strongly advise you go with a local installer, especially Solar Rising.

We did this installation in August of 2023. Neal had come out prior to that and explained fully what we needed and what would be involved. The price was fair in comparison to other estimates we got, and we were thrilled that they would also be doing a backup solar battery, which some other companies we had spoke to would not, or could not, do, The installation went very smoothly, and the hookup of the solar battery, which was very time consuming, went beautifully. All of the work was done very professionally with little interruption of our lives. Everything has been working perfectly, and we could not be more pleased. All of the Solar Rising staff are very helpful and easy to deal with. Any time we have called them with question or requests, they have responded quickly with answers or solutions. We would definitely rate Solar Rising with the highest rating possible.

Let me preface this by mentioning I have been working in the solar industry for several years now as a solar installer and electrician North Carolina, and have had the opportunity to see many solar installations by many different companies over the years. The panels were installed seamlessly on a very steep metal roof, and my parents couldn't be happier with the aesthetics.
