I had other offers, much cheaper to do the work, but as soon as I saw how they cut down the first limb, I knew I made the correct choice with these folks. The 3 man team working together, just like a synchronized dance. It was fascinating to watch how they used loops, rope to bring down the limbs that were ever so close to the houses. And they truly had a respect for the trees. Anybody can cut a back a tree; these folks did it to respect both the trees, and my needs to protect property. Just after their visit were wind gusts over 60 mph, and no more limps came down. One of their comments to me, was that it was an art to know what to cut, what to leave, to make the tree stronger. They arrived on time, extremely professional, cleaned up, and answered all of my inquiring questions. I am very hesitating letting strangers on my property to do work, since I have heard horrid stories. These folks have already been asked to do additional work. It takes years to grow a tree, and only a very short amount of time to have someone brutalize a tree. Be very careful with whom you choose to work on your trees.

I am both dissatisfied and upset that SavATree would send a bill for services that I cancelled. I question this company's business ethics.

Paid deposit invoice and then didn't hear from them for a month. When I asked for a refund of my deposit, the arborist finally called me. This was very disappointing. I used SavATree a number of years ago and was very satisfied with price and service. The price for this job, smaller in scope than their previous visit, was actually higher. Between the lack of communication and the price, I decided to go elsewhere.

Very professional estimate, answered all our questions, scheduled quickly, crews did all work in estimate, and did a great job cleaning up. Office mgr follow up was very helpful.

They came within a month of purchasing the Big Deal. I paid more than the Big Deal price because I got some additional work done. The arborist who came out was very good. However, I was less impressed with the people who actually did the work. I had to have them come out the second time.

They arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner. Workers were friendly and highly skilled.

Company would not trim my trees. Said it would be "harmful for trees"???

It worked out okay. I have since signed a contract with them. I have no complaints with them.

They were very reliable and they were there when they said they were going to be there. They did a very good job in stocking the wood coz I was saving the wood. They were personal oriented.

They said they would be there on 5/1/14. I couldn't be there and they said not a problem. I went down 2 days later and the tree's were gone and they did an incredible job of cleaning up. I use these guys for all my tree and shrub work and they are great and a pleasure to work with.

Showed up on time. Team very professional. Only issue, when the tree branches landed in the yard, they left big holes all over, becoming dangerous to walk on.

They are very professional. They were here on Tuesday and they are coming back because they found a tree that needs to come down. We have used them in the past as well. We are very pleased; they are a good company. We really like them; they are very knowledgeable and they clean up when they are all done. Anybody who is really concerned about taking care of their trees properly should get a quote from SavATree. They are a good group.

They not only did the work: they also cleaned up and stacked the wood for me. Their price wasn't cheap. It was reasonable and fair for the quality of work and their expertise. Knowing the importance of getting this done, before winter storms hit Cape Cod: They called me with an opening, two about 2 weeks early. They were more than punctual!

Sav-A-Tree's arborist Jason Charlton met with me ahead of time to look at my trees, to listen to what I wanted to do aesthetically, and to make recommendations for maintaining the good health of the trees. Crew showed up punctually on the work day, despite the miserable weather which featured a mix of rain and snow, and worked efficiently for the next three and a half hours. After they left, other than the fact that I now had nine handsome trees, there was no evidence they had even been here. Just a terrific job overall. Several hours later, Jason called to confirm that I was satisfied with the work that had been done. Good tree work is not inexpensive, but this work was done with great care, and I'm delighted by the final result. Would definitely hire again.
