+ -1 moreNever scheduled service due to the unimaginable rudeness from his wife Amy, who answers the phone. She has NO business dealing with customers. I feel sorry for Bob the owner. I was a customer for 20 years but no more after the treatment she gave me when I tried to schedule AC maintenance and repair. I wish I could post a recording of the conversation.

Description of Work: We had Franey Mechanical install a high velocity mini duct air conditioning system throughout our whole house. The entire experience from beginning to end was a pleasure. From the initial design of the system throughout its installation,Bob Franey and his crew were professional, knowledgable and did an outstanding job. We couldn't have been more pleased and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch HVAC company.

Description of Work: Installed Geothermal heating/cooling system using water from a well we have on our property. Installed Solar Hot Water. The system works beautifully. |Responds quickly to maintenance requests. |Two components, a primary water valve that operates with every cycle, and a humidifier, are very expensive and both had to be replaced. Fortunately Franey was able to get all of one and part of another replaced on Warranty. |Very knowledgable. Excellent installation work
