Description of Work: Leak from the tub onto the kitchen ceiling. It was a bathtub seal that needed to be fixed. Very prompt and courteous. He did a test of the new seal. All is well! I want to replace the ceiling in the kitchen with bead board and Nick suggested that the old ceiling come down and he will come back to check the old pipes and replace any before the new ceiling is put up. I wouldn't have thought of that on my own. I'm glad he suggested it and I will follow though on that.
