Great! Nick came right over and actually came up with a better, money saving idea for fixing the heat register in order to get the bookcase in. He even helped my husband move the huge, heavy piece of furniture into the area. Reasonably priced, too. We will definitely call him again with plumbing needs.

I called NYP Plumbing and Nick answered. He said he would arrive within the hour and actually got here in less than thirty minutes. He agreed to honor the "Angie's List" discount for whatever the work would be. He checked two valves and the diverter and figured out, by the process of elimination, that the water flow was restricted at the joint before the shower head. He disassembled the joint and found that it was clogged with a piece of masonry and a clogged flow-restrictor. The water flow increased significantly and we can now get the full benefit of the rain-shower head and hand-held. I would definite recommend Nick for all your plumbing needs.

I called and left a message with NYP, and Nick returned my call within just 7 minutes. He was available to install my new dishwasher the very next morning. Nick completed the work in less than an hour, and was friendly & professional. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely hire them again in the future.

I called Nick, asking him to install a new shower valve and fixture I'd purchased. The new valve was required since Symmons was no longer making brass faucets, which the rest of my bathroom already has. So, new faucet required a new valve as well. When I told him about it, he said he'd research it and get back to me. By the next morning, he'd found a source off-Cape who's been "hoarding" new fixtures from decades past, and made arrangements to pick up the parts that day. By 3:00 that afternoon, Nick had it installed! It's so impressive that he would go to such lengths to accommodate a new customer.

Nick was great. He came out right away and gave me a quote. He was very accommodating with my schedule and worked with my electrician to have the work done on the same day.. We installed an outdoor shower that is a far distance from the house and he did a \n outstanding job. Very professional and neat!

This is going on the third year of winterizing and de-winterizing since he installed a complete new plumbing system in my cottage. Each new season, after some pretty tough winters, the system has operated flawlessly. Nick is professional, thorough and has always flexed to meet my schedule in getting the systems going before the cleaning crew arrives. Additionally his costs are very reasonable and I am always assured everything will be in working order when I arrive giving me one less headache. Nick returned our call after hours and came early the next morning. As a result of the broken valve, we had a slow leak. The valve was in a very inaccessible position, but he got a new unit with a better design, installed it and moved it so that we can get to it in future. Overall a very quick and impressive response, and at a reasonable cost. Definitely recommended, and we will use him again.

I contacted Nick about installing a new dishwasher. He answered all of my questions and set-up an early appointment that worked with my schedule. He arrived on time and promptly gave me an overview of what he would be doing. He completed the installation after spending several minutes to make sure that the machine was properly fitted in a tight spot. He was also helpful in moving the old washer outside for pick-up. When he completed the work I asked him about a small leak that I had in the drain pipe leading from my sink. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. Very professional and more reasonable than competitors that I had contacted. I would definitely use him again for any plumbing or heating work on Cape Cod.

Nick is outstanding....my tenant called me to report a leak in the water heater. I called Nick and left a measure...which was returned within 15 minutes. Told him what the problem was and he called my tenant, determined what was needed, and drove over to the house to repair the leak....problem solved....NYP Plumbing is the only plumbing service I consider using....Thanks again Nick...

Another plumber was called, they were here for two hours, changed a part and did not seem to know what was going on with unit. I posted on this site, Nick called back that night and came the next morning. He was familiar with the unit and fixed it within an hour. He was prompt, pleasant and professional. I was very happy to get heat and hot water back and wish I had called him first. Very happy with the service he provided.

Nick did a great job and we were very satisfied. He was on time and very professional. He came out for a consultation and was able to complete the job that morning. He also noticed that we had low water pressure in our kitchen sink, so he worked on that for no cost. I feel very comfortable recommending Nick. He was knowledgeable and very clear at the outset what repairs he would be doing and what the cost would be. We will definitely use his services again!

I liked Nick, because I felt like he was honest. He could have made the job "bigger" by replacing the faucet and drain, but instead, he did only what was necessary. He worked quickly and efficiently. I recommend his services.

Nick talked over with me different options for a new water heater for my condominium. His cost was a little less than other estimates as I recall and his bill matched his estimate. I did receive the $750 rebate from the electric company, though I am usually a little doubtful about rebates. Nick had the forms and filled them out to apply for the rebate, which I found helpful. I appreciated his punctuality and phoning to keep me informed about any changes. He handled the installation with ease and dispatch; I hardly knew it was happening. There were no surprises!! Great guy, his own business. I found him because a friend was always raving about him.
