This is going to be a lengthy review because I want to make sure I don't leave out any details. When Dennis came to my home for an estimate, he was very personable and professional. I knew from the moment I met him that he would be the person to install Pergo flooring in my home. I was extremely nervous to have someone do work in my home as I have had many negative experiences with people not showing up, taking my money and running, or doing a terrible job. Dennis communicated with me every step of the way in the morning before he started the job and at the end of the day when he was finished. This is professionalism at its best. I never felt nervous or uncertain. I had a lot of questions during the entire process, and he was prompt, courteous, and kind. In terms of workmanship, Dennis is exceptional. I am very particular, and I notice everything. Dennis exceeded my expectations. He is so gifted, talented, and pays attention to details. I am so fortunate to have found Dennis and NKM builders. What a gift this has been. I am looking forward to having Dennis renovate my bathroom. Cape Cod has a true gem with NKM Builders and Dennis. I cannot thank him and his crew enough for making my dreams come true.

Neil and Dennis were awesome! Had our bathroom redone and their communication through the whole process was key. The plumber, tiler and electrician all did a great job!
