They did a great job replacing some window glass that had condensation due to broken seals. Also, they fabricated guides for my sliding tub doors. We were previously unable to find replacement guides and thought we’d have to get new tub doors. Very courteous, very neat. Definitely would hire them again.

The quality of work was awful. They we're told to do TWO casement windows. I reminded them to make sure both were done because I had a home inspection the next day. Only ONE was done. Next morning I was upset at the work and NOT doing the other one. I rushed to the hardware store got what I needed and completed the other in 20 minutes at a cost $6.00. New England Home and Glass charged $163.00. Labor was 1.5 hours. I called to complain and spoke to the manager. He promised to call me back to make and appointment to inspect the work. He NEVER did. AWFUL workmanship. Very high price. Not reliable. Took advantage of me. I called HomeAdvisor and emailed. This business should be taken off their list. Still waiting for HomeAdvisor to respond. Very sad the window was mentioned at the inspection.

Excellent experience. Showed up on time, ordered the glass and returned early , yes people early, installed it quickly with great skill. He even took his time to research a small issue I had with a handle on the window ,that I mentioned on the first visit, he remembered and gave me a solution. I was very impressed he remembered such a small request. Highly recommend this company.

they didn't show up - after waiting 2 hrs I called them - they couldn't reach their workman in the area, but said they'd have him call me. No one called - I called back a second time and got the same answer. They don't seem to understand simple, common courtesy.
